We recently stayed at Papillon Belvil Hotel in Belek, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help in any situation. Many of them speak multiple languages, especially Russian, which made communication very easy and comfortable for us. This hotel is perfect for families. There are plenty of activities and entertainment options for children of all ages. What we especially appreciated is that the kids are well looked after—there are dedicated staff members who supervise and engage with them, giving parents the opportunity to relax or take care of their own plans. The hotel offers a wide variety of swimming pools—some heated, some not—so there is something for everyone. The children’s areas are very clean and well maintained, which is extremely important for us as parents. The reception team deserves special praise—they are always polite, helpful, and ready to assist with anything you need. We had a small issue with our booking through LoveHolidays. Our stay officially started on April 1st, but our flight arrived late at night, and we only reached the hotel at 2 AM on April 2nd, effectively losing one day. The next day, we spoke with the manager, Anton Skrypnyk. He was exceptionally kind, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. We had originally been assigned a bungalow, which didn’t suit us, especially given the poor weather during our first days. We asked if it would be possible to move to a room in the main building for more comfort, especially for our child. Anton handled everything immediately. Within just a couple of hours, we were offered a new room in the main building—spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. His professionalism and care truly made a difference to our stay. The service in this hotel is top-level. The food is absolutely delicious, with a huge variety of options to choose from. Everything is very clean—rooms are cleaned daily, and even the public areas and restrooms are spotless. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return again!

Great hotel for a family 2 + 2.2. Young parents expect entertainment for the the baby. Its all there. Service for the yougnsters is all the time. I Rember especially Ali. Young Sir who for sure Has children. His service was great.

From the moment we arrived at Belvil Hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The surroundings are simply breathtaking — lush gardens, pristine pathways, and a peaceful atmosphere that sets the tone for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style. Housekeeping went above and beyond every day to keep everything perfect. The food selection was incredible — from fresh breakfasts to delicious dinners, there was something for every taste, and the quality was consistently outstanding. The hotel’s facilities are just as impressive: a sparkling pool, a well-equipped gym, relaxing spa treatments, and activities for all ages. The entertainment team deserves special praise for keeping the energy high without ever being intrusive. Most importantly, the staff’s attentiveness stood out — they truly care about guests’ experiences, remembering little details and always ready to help with a smile. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service, Belvil Hotel is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is very well-maintained. The biggest downside is the very loud evening parties... most families come with small children, why is the music so loud?!?! Just play it at 30% and everyone will have a great time!!! It's excessive, playing it that loud! To be continued. The food is varied and very good. The service in the dining room varies, as sometimes they're available immediately, sometimes they're not, and you have to bring your own drinks. The same goes for the cleaning ladies. Some do their job very well and deserve to be rewarded, while others, despite being paid in advance, do it poorly, and the room isn't clean. The greenery around the hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. The ladies in the kids' club are varied… most are nice and pleasant, but one of the ladies (a blonde in pink and white Nikes) should reconsider her behavior. The gym only being open until 7 p.m. is also a mistake. I think it should be open until at least 10 p.m. Overall, I recommend this hotel, but will I return? Time will tell.

We stayed 5 nights in land view superior room in main building area which was handy, as close to all amentities like main restaurant, gym, indoor pool Room was a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Beds comfortable Gym only open till 7pm which is very limited. Most families are too busy during a day and dont have time until late evening to use a gym Evening shows and entertainments far too late. At 9-9.30pm most families with kids are too tired after busy day. They are heading to their room after dinner time to rest after active day in pool, beach etc. Then all noise and loud music starts. Not very reasonable Food was tasty and great choice but because of that too far too much food waste as people tend to try as much as they can and then leftovers go to the bin. Not very ECO friendly Annoying smell of cigarettes in places where food/drinks is consumed Kids clubs poorly managed, some kids walking freely without supervision. Main football pitch in bad state, without not much turf left Just dry, dusty soil. Footballs not available if you want to play with your children Children pool slides look dated and some metal elements loose. They really need serious maintenance Honestly this hotel lacks 5 star quality, it deserves maximum 3 stars You can't fill gaps just with amount of dishes and drinks you serve What we also noticed staff speak perfect russian but very limited english which in "5 star" hotel was unacceptable. 90% of people coming to hotel are from Russia, hence the reason i think
