We have been staying at the Palazzo Versace Dubai for the past 14 nights, and due to unexpected flight cancellations, we’ve extended our stay for several more nights, and honestly, that says everything about how exceptional this hotel is. The location is excellent, conveniently situated along Dubai Creek, with easy access to major attractions, while still offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. From the moment you enter, the cleanliness and attention to detail are immediately noticeable. Everything is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly reflects the luxury standard the hotel represents. What makes this place truly special is the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to Katrina and Rabab, who have been incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed and cared for. Housekeeping has also been exceptional. The room is serviced twice daily, with the sheets perfectly arranged, fresh spring water provided, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear they take great pride in their work. This has been a wonderful experience during a stressful travel situation, and the Palazzo Versace team made it comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I would absolutely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was comfortable, and everything was perfectly arranged, which made our stay very relaxing. A special thanks to Manisha for helping us with the check-in process so smoothly and easily — she was polite and very welcoming. Also, Bachiter Singh from the concierge team was an amazing person. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, truly making our trip memorable. The hospitality and service were outstanding. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay again!

I had such a wonderful time at the Palazzo Versace pool and restaurant with my friend. Everything was absolutely beautiful — the setting, the atmosphere, and the service were all top-tier. We spent the afternoon by the pool and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun in a luxurious and peaceful environment. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We also had lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. The food was fresh, well presented, and full of flavor. Overall, it was a truly lovely experience and we created such nice memories together. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a chic and relaxing place to spend a special day in Dubai ! ❤️

The pool at Palazzo Versace Dubai is not just a place to swim — it’s a true luxury experience in the heart of the city. Surrounded by palm trees, iconic Versace mosaics, and the unmistakable signature details of the brand, the atmosphere is both elegant and incredibly relaxing. The crystal-clear water, the comfortable sunbeds, and the overall attention to detail create the perfect setting for a day of pure indulgence. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the service. A special thank you to Naved, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the day. His warm hospitality and care made us feel welcome and pampered at all times, elevating the whole experience to another level. Despite the glamorous setting, the pool remains peaceful and serene — a beautiful oasis where you can fully unwind and enjoy the moment. A perfect place to treat yourself and experience a little slice of Italian luxury in Dubai. Highly recommended. ✨

We had an amazing Iftar at the Giardino restaurant with my friend. The food was fresh and delicious this time. We went there before and I can tell that there was a great food improvement. We enjoyed the chinese food- thanks to the Chinese chef in charge, there were freshly grilled salmon and prawn, the sushi was freshly made, the dynamite shrimp was also a stand out. Tiramisu was also a great addition. A nice Versace touch. The ambiance made us want to come back !! Thanks to all chefs who were polite and nice. Also to Manny who approached us on the table if we were ok, to Suresh the waiter who was so attentive and the filipino hostess (forgot her name, 😪) Thanks a lot 🙏🏼
