We stayed 3 nights at Palace Downtown and we loved it. From the time you walk in you are impressed with the architecture and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious with a large bathroom. The people at the desk and wait staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Even the gardeners, cleaners and doormen were all so nice.

I adore this hotel i have a lot of memories in it , but lately it's getting old and not comfy please consider renovation ASAP, the toilet are too old and very dirty ( the lobby toilets) the hotel full of mosquitoes because they keep the main gate of the hotel open its open since I first visited it 18 + years ,they must put a sliding glass doors after the big wooden door to protect the hotel environment, the furniture in the lobby needs urgent attention not cleaned or maybe needs to be replaced. The staff are all good I feel home there, valet parking staff are wonderful . I hope the management start with new steps to improve and fix these issues.
