Our stay at the Palace Downtown was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel embodies refined luxury in the most pleasant way — elegant, calm, and beautifully balanced, never loud or pretentious. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and effortlessly taken care of. The service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding. The staff is highly attentive, extremely courteous, and wonderfully discreet. Whether at the pool, in the restaurants, or throughout the property, there is always enough staff present — yet everything feels unhurried, relaxed, and perfectly orchestrated. We especially enjoyed the pool area with its breathtaking views, the serene atmosphere, and the exceptionally attentive pool service. The hammam experience was another highlight — deeply relaxing and perfectly executed. Everything felt luxurious in a very natural, understated way, almost like stepping into a modern interpretation of One Thousand and One Nights. The location is outstanding: Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Fountain are all within easy walking distance, while the hotel itself remains wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We felt completely safe and were able to relax deeply and fully throughout our stay. A truly remarkable hotel that combines luxury, warmth, and tranquility at the highest level. We enjoyed every single moment and would return without hesitation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palace Downtown Dubai, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with a special mention to the incredible team members who truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Yousseff, Esquin, Amouna, and especially Linda made us feel right at home. Linda, in particular, was a standout – she went out of her way to accommodate our requests, and her attention to detail made our trip extra special. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and luxurious amenities that perfectly complement the high level of service. It truly made our trip to Dubai one to remember. Thank you to everyone at Palace Downtown Dubai for making our stay so wonderful. We will certainly be back!

Palace Downtown enjoys an exceptional location right in front of the Burj Khalifa, offering stunning, uninterrupted views of the fountain show directly from the hotel. Access to Dubai Mall is excellent, and in terms of setting, the property truly excels. That said, the overall service did not meet the standard expected of a hotel positioned as a 5-star luxury property. Check-in was slow and somewhat disorganized. Due to an event in the area, arriving at the hotel was already challenging, and there was no bell staff in sight to assist. We were handed our room keys with verbal directions only, prompting us to double-check whether our luggage would even be delivered. Basic amenities such as combs and toothbrushes were not provided, and despite arriving close to midnight, the room was still not prepared as requested. We waited roughly 20 minutes for the children’s beds to be set up, followed by another delay for the toiletries. Breakfast offered a wide variety of items, but the quality did not match the richness of the selection. Additionally, when trying to get a taxi, staff attention seemed heavily focused on a single guest, leaving us to approach a cab ourselves. These details, while small individually, collectively made the stay feel more effortful than it should have been. The room design also showed gaps in convenience: there were very few accessible power outlets and none in the bathroom. The outdated hairdryer with its short cord further reinforced an experience that did not align with modern 5-star expectations. In the end, Palace Downtown presents itself as a luxury property, but the hospitality and service delivery felt closer to a 3-star level, especially in contrast to its remarkable location and surroundings. With more attentive service and thoughtful details, it could truly live up to the setting it is fortunate to have.

unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The entire team was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile – you can immediately tell that true hospitality is genuinely practiced here. The atmosphere in the hotel is magical: the décor is elegant yet cozy, almost like something out of a “One Thousand and One Nights” story. Every service, whether at check-in, breakfast, or when asking for information about the area, was handled with great attention to detail and care. Even on our last morning, when we had to leave very early for the airport, everything was arranged smoothly for us. And no matter if we were out in the evenings – we were always warmly welcomed back, which made our stay even more pleasant. What impressed us most was how personal and attentive the team was. It never felt like standardized service, but genuine warmth. We enjoyed every moment – from the relaxing time in our room to the magical evenings with views of the Dubai Fountain. Overall, our stay was a perfect experience in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be coming back!

Food was amazing but the service was outstanding. We were seated with no reservation which is apparently very lucky, especially for a saturday evening. The cocktails and food were all amazing. I came here just for the mango sticky rice but the red ruby was even better. Ravi was our waiter at first but then we were served by Dew and she gave us the best service we have received in the whole of Dubai. What a lovely woman! I had the duck red curry and my family had the green chicken curry. I recommend the Pomelo salad
