We had an absolutely wonderful stay at One&Only The Palm. The hotel is stunning, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Every detail reflects luxury and comfort, making our stay truly memorable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options to choose from each morning. What made our experience even more special was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. A special thank you to Santosh and Fitri, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend One&Only The Palm and look forward to returning in the future!

My partner and I recently spent a few nights at One&Only The Palm and it was without doubt the finest hotel experience we have ever had. The whole team were absolutely amazing. Every single staff member that we walked past went out of their way to give us the warmest of greetings and struck up conversations. The staff were full of smiles at all times of the day. I’d like to specifically note that the breakfast staff deserve their own mention. They constantly went above and beyond for us every single morning without asking and ensured that we had a beautiful breakfast experience each day. Santosh and the team really are incredible. A special mention also has to go to Sujith, our lovely host. Sujith at all hours of the day was consistently ensuring that we had everything we needed, that we were taken care of and that we were having a really good time. He went above and beyond for us everyday. The rooms, the service and the location were all faultless. Thank you to everyone for looking after us so well. We will absolutely be back.

What can I say — we absolutely loved it. We came as a large group and worked our way through almost the entire menu. The shrimp and avocado dish was genuinely surprising: they bring you what is essentially a whole avocado, with the pit replaced by shrimp and the top sprinkled with fresh herbs. Unusual and absolutely delicious. The spot is also stunning for sunsets. The staff were attentive and warm, the atmosphere cozy — it feels like you’re on a little island of your own. We wrapped up the evening with a fine bottle of whisky and Cuban cigars. A wonderful place for a big group and equally perfect for a romantic dinner for two. Highly recommend.

Our stay at One&Only The Palm was truly exceptional. We stayed there with my husband and our three children, and it was the perfect family getaway. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly well maintained, with a very high standard across the entire resort. We stayed in Villa No. 4, a stunning two-bedroom villa with a beautiful view overlooking the Palm. The privacy and quietness made it feel like a true escape while still being at home in Dubai. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. A special thank you to our butler, Forever, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and thoughtful. We especially loved the movie night setup inside the villa and the amazing in-villa barbecue experience they offer as an extra service. Both made our stay even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back.

I booked the Beachfront Premiere Room specifically because it was advertised with a sea view, as shown in the photos, and I paid extra for that reason. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the view from my room was mostly blocked by trees and we could barely see the sea. This stay was for a special occasion — my birthday — and if I had known the actual view would be like this, I would not have paid extra or chosen this room category. What disappointed me even more was how the situation was handled. At check-out, I explained my concern to the staff, but instead of acknowledging the disappointment or trying to offer any gesture of compensation, I was simply shown the hotel map and given an explanation. It felt very dismissive. I also asked about a spa discount as an in-house guest and was told this was not possible because the spa is operated by a third party. This was surprising, as many luxury hotels still offer spa benefits or discounts to their staying guests even when the spa is externally operated. For a hotel of this level, and especially considering this was a birthday stay, I expected much better attention to guest satisfaction. The property itself is beautiful, but the overall experience left me genuinely disappointed
