Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel and enjoyed our experience. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. However, there were a few cleanliness issues that should be addressed. We found a dead cockroach on the balcony, and one of the towels provided in the bathroom was not clean. I have attached photos for reference. We also felt that the repeated phone calls regarding check-out were a bit excessive and disruptive. Other than these points, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the hotel’s facilities and hospitality. We hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

My stay at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel has been a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The food quality is also very good, with a nice variety and consistent taste. What really stands out is the excellent service and hospitality from the staff. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to all staffs for their outstanding hospitality and customer service.All staffs are very approachable, attentive, and always ensures guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their positive attitude truly made a difference in my experience. A special mention to @Dimpy for her overwhelming support . Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We recently hosted our second event at the Jeddah Ballroom at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai and had an outstanding experience. Everything was incredibly organized from start to finish, the food was gourmet and delicious, and the service was smooth, attentive, and detail-oriented throughout the event. A special thank you to Shanya for taking care of every detail, Elsa for her support during the event, and Amir and Chenaka for going above and beyond with the setup and IT. Your dedication made all the difference. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and team. Highly recommended! Location is also great, near metro and the mall.

The rooms were newly renovated, spacious (larger than average), and comfortable. However, the "king bed" was actually two single beds pushed together, which wasn't ideal. Unfortunately, several issues affected our stay: Water quality: Shower water quality was poor throughout our stay. Private pool: This needs an advanced filtration system — the water stayed dirty, and the jacuzzi jet button was unclean, which made the pool dirtier whenever it was used. Room key issues: Our key stopped working twice, forcing repeated trips to reception to get it reissued. In-room phones: These were not functional. We had to use our personal phones to contact reception. For a hotel, working phones are a basic service expectation — guests shouldn't need their own devices to reach the front desk. A direct guest-line number and an apology note for affected guests would be a good interim fix. Birthday package: We had booked this for a birthday, but the celebration fell short — just a small cake, with no personalized message or fruit platter as one might expect for a special occasion package. Renovation noise: Ongoing renovation work meant some noise during our stay, though this was manageable. On a positive note, the shared pool area was excellent — clean and well-maintained. It would be a nice touch if poolside drink service (e.g., pina coladas) was actually available as advertised. Staff were genuinely helpful and pleasant throughout — a real highlight. The hotel was very quiet during our visit (roughly 25% occupancy), so it felt peaceful, though perhaps this also affected service availability in some areas. We used the Tajj offer for this booking. Overall, a good stay with a lot of potential — addressing the maintenance and service consistency issues would make a big difference. Thank you.
