Had another great experience here with our group. We’ve stayed here before and came back again, and the food never disappoints. The biryani and nihari are outstanding, and Chef Arshad deserves a special mention for his warm hospitality and excellent service. His freshly made omelette is also a must-try! Definitely one of those places you’re happy to come back to. ⭐️

The hotel is in a very good location and the building is nice. The environment is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and cooperative, especially Mr Shan and Saleh Khan. They are very helpful and have a good attitude during service. I would like to mention one thing for improvement. The carpet in the mosque (prayer room) is old and has an outdated design. I request the management to please replace it with a new and better carpet. Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel.

We stayed at Oaks Ibn Battuta for two nights over the weekend, and it exceeded my expectations. The property is currently undergoing a revamp, and the improvements are noticeable compared to my last visit. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the rooms were very clean, modern, and newly renovated. For breakfast, an à la carte menu was offered instead of a buffet due to lower occupancy levels. While the food was good rather than exceptional, the service truly stood out. A special mention to Keith, Ihab, and Wyn, who were attentive and provided excellent service throughout breakfast. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a solid city hotel for a comfortable stay

Poor service. The valet service is almost a myth. Yesterday, the valet attendant asked me to park the car myself, despite the parking area being nearly empty and plenty of spaces being available. I understand that Dubai's weather is extremely hot these days, but that does not justify asking guests to do the valet's job for them. In reality, I ended up doing his job while he simply stood by and had some old peaple with me who could not afford to walk in the heat and get lost in the parking for 15 minutes. Having visited this hotel many times over the past few weeks, I can confidently say this is the worst valet service I have experienced. 😑😒😑 😒
