We had an amazing time thanks to our animator! She was incredibly friendly, energetic, and always made everyone smile. Her positive attitude, enthusiasm, and kindness created such a fun atmosphere every day. She made every activity enjoyable and made all the guests feel welcome. We very much enjoyed our all inclusive 10 day stay at the Novotel beach hotel June 2026. Everything was good; room, food, service, beach, bars. Entertainment was ok, and a bit noisy for us but others found it fine. What lovely people. All the staff are very very nice and helpful, really too many to mention - reception (all), room service (Bassem), Restaurant (all), pool / entertainment bar (Mohamed and colleagues), beach bar (all). The sea is warm and shallow. There is quite a lot of corral so there is a need to be mindful. Corral restricts the amount of swimming area. Lots of colourful fish best seen snorkelling. Loads of sun beds. Various excursions around the area available and not expensive. Sharm El Sheikh “Old town” and Market, Mosques etc about 15 min drive away and taxi fares very reasonable. Same for Soho to the north east.

The Animators there took great care of us and made sure to keep us entertained. especially Leloya and Liza, they always informed about the ongoing events in and outside of the hotel and spent time with us. Staff in general is very friendly. The beach is a little rocky, but the Water is clear and has a good temperature. Were having a really good time overall !

We stayed at Novotel as two families. Although we had booked two standard rooms, Hagar at the reception desk gave us a wonderful surprise and upgraded us to a Family Suite. We were incredibly happy and grateful for her kindness and attentiveness. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Also, a special thanks to Ali Muhammed for making the most delicious pizzas! Everyone’s warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We are absolutely delighted and highly recommend this hotel!❤️
