We stayed at Nirvana Cosmopolitan with a group and would like to share our experience after spending 12 nights at the hotel. We enjoyed the food. The selection of dishes was quite varied, and everyone could find something to their taste. Meals are served by the staff. From our experience, a lot depended on the individual employee: sometimes they would happily serve exactly the piece and portion size requested, while other times the process was less flexible. At the same time, there were a few aspects that left us with questions. For example, throughout our stay, we did not notice any animation activities, although they may have taken place at different times or in other areas of the resort. In addition, on one of the days, two boats that were scheduled for a competition event did not arrive at the beach, so we were unable to watch the activity. During our stay, corporate events were held at the hotel on a regular basis. We felt that this had a noticeable impact on the overall atmosphere. During the day, music from a corporate event area and music from the beach bar were playing at the same time, creating a rather noisy environment. In the evenings, company parties and events were also held near the beach. Our group also had mixed impressions of the staff. Most employees were polite and professional; however, some interactions felt overly persistent and were not always comfortable. We would especially like to mention the theater. The evening shows were well-produced, entertaining, and performed by talented artists. However, during our stay, some of the programs were repeated, so we ended up watching certain shows twice. Another highlight was one of the bartenders, who prepared truly excellent cocktails. His work deserves special recognition and was one of the most memorable positive aspects of our vacation. Overall, we were left with mixed impressions. The hotel offers good food, enjoyable evening entertainment, and a large resort area. However, some organizational aspects and the frequent corporate events may affect the experience of guests who are looking for a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere.

Booked a day pass, and can strongly reccomend. The pass gives full facilities access and all inclusive food (main buffet restaurant and cafes) and drinks. Large heated outdoor pool kept our little one happily entertained from about 10 in the morning til 6 in the evening. She was too small for the water park, which was just opening and doesn't operate during off season, but was very impressive. In general, drinks very good, sparkling wine probably best avoided. Cocktails well made though, top tier daquiris. Main buffet was fabulous. In a long and storied career of buffet enjoyment, this was a peak moment. Very strong turkish elements and a particular effort made with the salad and bread. Perhaps 10 separate salad leaves/herbs, all perfectly fresh, the small touch of having the whole leaves standing on end in bowls rather than being piled up meant perfect crispness. Memorable sourdough cheese breadsticks, and pretzel rolls. Oh, and some exotic and exceptionally delicious brands of baklava. Having read other reviews, complaints about the food are from those who do not know how to be discerning at a buffet, focus on where the effort and creativity has been applied instead of picking according to your habit and you'll have a geat meal.

Nirvana Cosmopolitan – Simply Unexplainable, It Must Be Experienced There are some places where no matter what you write, it will never feel enough… For Nirvana Cosmopolitan, there is really only one sentence that sums it up: It cannot be described — it must be experienced. This was my second stay at the hotel. I checked in again on February 17th, and I can confidently say this: even in the winter season, they do not compromise one bit on the exceptional service they provide during summer. The food and beverage quality, presentation, and variety remain exactly the same. Not even the slightest drop in standards. The same care, the same quality, the same ambition. The magic begins the moment you step inside. After the lobby, you are welcomed by sparkling boutiques and an atmosphere full of energy. Having a Starbucks inside the hotel is already a privilege on its own. The Fellini Restaurant is simply exquisite — both in flavor and ambiance. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed. Different themed cafés, elegant pastry corners… Every corner offers a unique experience. And the rooms? Saying “spotless” would be an understatement. They are immaculate, bright, well-organized, and truly peaceful. But what truly makes the difference is the staff. They smile as they pass by, make eye contact, and don’t just do their jobs — they genuinely own them. Each and every team member is attentive, warm, and highly professional. This level of team spirit and dedication is rare. Special thanks to Ms. Hedil at the reception, and to all the team members whose names I may not know but whose smiles and sincere attention made our stay unforgettable. Saying this hotel has its eyes set on the top would be an understatement — in our eyes, it is already at the top. It is very clear that competitors are watching closely. They have raised the service bar to such a high level that you cannot help but wonder: “If other hotels are five-star, why isn’t this one ten or even fifteen stars?” It truly felt like a dream. And some dreams are worth reliving again and again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a truly wonderful experience at Nirvana Cosmopolitan Hotel. Everything about my stay was simply perfect—from the beautiful, clean rooms to the excellent food and the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and well-organized, making it the ideal place for a stress-free vacation. I can honestly say that every detail was taken care of, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. A special mention goes to Yagmur, the fly yoga instructor at the hotel. She was absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and very encouraging. Her classes were not only fun but also deeply relaxing and well-guided. She created such a positive and comfortable environment that I felt completely at ease, even as a beginner. Her energy and passion truly made the experience unforgettable. I would definitely come back again, both for the hotel and for Yagmur’s incredible classes
