We had a wonderful stay at Nikki Beach Dubai. The amazing sea views, peaceful atmosphere and quiet surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, with great attention to detail throughout our stay. Everything was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean — from the rooms and beach to the pool and public areas. We also thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience at the Beach Club. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and of excellent quality. A special mention to Ricky, our waiter, who was incredibly friendly, attentive and engaging throughout dinner and made the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you as well to Irada, who welcomed us so warmly and took care of our check-in. Her friendly and professional approach made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. A truly relaxing and memorable stay that we would happily repeat!

Amazing stay at Nikki Beach Resort! The villa was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and had an amazing view. The whole resort is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the private pool — very clean, with a great heated massage feature. The beach was also beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and some nice activities to enjoy. Housekeeping was excellent and very detailed, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. Having breakfast served directly in the villa was another great touch that we really enjoyed. Everything was well maintained and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a 5-star experience and a place we would happily visit again. Highly recommended!

I booked Nikki Beach mainly for the private beach and pool, but only after arriving I found out they were unavailable due to renovations and I had to use the Beach Club instead. Breakfast was also in another building. My main issue was that none of this was clearly communicated by Booking.com before I booked. Had I known, I would have chosen another hotel. Despite the renovations, the hotel still maintained a very professional and high level of service. Breakfast was well organized and the staff were excellent. A special thank you to Saodat, whose kindness and professionalism completely changed my impression of the stay. The small thoughtful gestures also made a big difference. I arrived disappointed, but left feeling very different because of the team. I would definitely consider coming back once the renovations are finished.

From the warm welcome at the gate to the thoughtful room amenities, every detail made us feel genuinely valued. Special thanks to Irada, Hassan, Mustafa, and Kofi, who all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The property itself is beautiful, with one of the nicest beaches in Dubai. The rooms are spacious, modern, tastefully designed, and the Beach View rooms offer stunning views that are well worth it. What impressed us most wasn't just the resort itself, but the way the team listened to our previous feedback and turned it into such a positive experience. That level of care says a lot about the management and the culture of the resort. We've definitely found our new favourite staycation spot in Dubai and can't wait to return. Highly recommended!
