Had another great experience here with our group. We’ve stayed here before and came back again, and the food never disappoints. The biryani and nihari are outstanding, and Chef Arshad deserves a special mention for his warm hospitality and excellent service. His freshly made omelette is also a must-try! Appreciation for Excellent Customer Service I am currently staying at Oaks Hotel in Ibn buttata mall Dubai , and I would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the hotel team. For more than one month, I had not been able to eat our South Indian traditional matta red rice. I discussed my request with the hotel administration team and the chef, and they kindly understood my concern and arranged the rice for me. I am truly happy and grateful for their care, understanding, and excellent hospitality. Since we’ve stayed here before, coming back felt familiar and welcoming, and once again, everything was just as good as we remembered.The biryani and nihari were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. We stayed at Oaks Ibn Battuta for two nights over the weekend, and it exceeded my expectations. The property is currently undergoing a revamp, and the improvements are noticeable compared to my last visit. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the rooms were very clean, modern, and newly renovated. For breakfast, an à la carte menu was offered instead of a buffet due to lower occupancy levels. While the food was good rather than exceptional, the service truly stood out. A special mention to Keith, Ihab, and Wyn, who were attentive and provided excellent service throughout breakfast. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a solid city hotel for a comfortable stay
