I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick JLT. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating. The overall service exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly enjoyable. I would also like to give special recognition to Mr. Ken from the Security team. He was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. His professionalism, willingness to assist, and dedication to ensuring the safety and comfort of everyone made a lasting impression. Employees like Mr. Ken are a great asset to the hotel. Thank you to the entire Mövenpick JLT team for the excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

I have been staying at Mohanpink Hotel for the past 5–6 days, and every single morning I’ve come down for breakfast. What truly made my stay special was not just the food, but the incredible hospitality and care I received from the team. I would especially like to mention Saurabh and Abhishek. These two genuinely made my day, every day. Their attention to detail, kindness, and warm attitude created an experience that went far beyond service—it felt personal and heartfelt. What touched me the most was how they always seemed to understand my needs even before I asked. Whether it was my preferences or small details, everything was already prepared with care and a smile. It’s rare to find such dedication and genuine effort, and it made me feel truly valued as a guest. Their consistency, positive energy, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Because of them, every morning started on a perfect note, and that is something I will always remember. I would like to sincerely thank Saurav (jay Jagannath) & Abhishek, and the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. Our 5 day stay was excellent. The hotel staff were lovely, the room cleaners were excellent and the food and drink was top quality. We went for an all inclusive package and had no regrets. If we wanted to eat or drink elsewhere our package extended to the UBK restaurant on site and to the Riva Beachclub offsite. All in the hotel was beautiful. The gym, pool & sauna were excellent and we had zero complaints. Thanks again to all the staff for making our trip so memorable.

Alex, Abisheik, Elias, Saurav, Balu, Tamvi, Lynn, Ali, Afzal, and Sakir for being so warm, helpful, and accommodating during our visit. Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The pool lifeguard also deserves a special mention for being very friendly, attentive, and always checking on the guests with a smile. The food was really good, and we enjoyed every meal we had. We also appreciated that the hotel is close to a pharmacy since my sister needed to buy medicine during our stay, which made things much more convenient for us. We were also impressed by how the tech staff went the extra mile just so we could use the videoke properly. Small things like that really made our stay more enjoyable. Another thing we truly appreciated was accommodating our request for connecting rooms, which made it much easier for our family to stay together comfortably. Overall, we had a great experience and left with happy memories. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay special. We’re already looking forward to coming back again.

Good location with plenty of restaurants on the lakes right in front of the hotel. Room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Loved role shower. Booked half board and really wish I hadn’t as it’s a buffet- with 3/4 main course choices which were also like warm even though they’re sat on a hob. Also no one was regularly checking if any of the dishes needed refilling or the fruit too- I had to ask them to refill it as I’m sure others did too. Food wasn’t appetising and wished I’d paid the money instead for meals elsewhere.would have also been nice to be offered even a glass of wine or beer to go with the meal but it stated no alcohol was allowed. Shame! Took the free shuttle bus to the beach club which was great and I enjoyed that.
