It was a wonderful stay! Very friendly service, especially at the reception — Ahmad was incredibly helpful with his service and kindness. The staff overall does an excellent job and truly anticipates every wish. The location is perfect: the metro is within walking distance, there are many restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s only a few minutes by car from the mall. Beautiful view of the Museum of the Future, which you can reach on foot in just 5 minutes. We will definitely come back! Thank you for this amazing stay.

This hotel is unfortunately outdated and old-fashioned, with particularly poor bathroom conditions. The cleanliness standard is questionable — the rooms are cleaned in a way that leaves the floors soaking wet and dangerously slippery. It’s honestly uncomfortable and far from a pleasant stay. Due to the shower flow, I took only one shower in four days which is definitely not the ideal for any stay - specifically not for Dubai. The only real advantage is its central location, which is convenient. However, the hotel often hosts events, meetings, and conventions, making the entrance area very crowded and chaotic. At this price range, I’m confident there are much better hotel options with more modern facilities and a more enjoyable atmosphere. While the personnel were polite and decent, that alone doesn’t make up for the overall subpar experience. I would not choose to stay here again.

Everything was perfect and enough for a very nice stay in Dubai. Close proximity to center and metro transport. I would like to also mention Lasantha that was responsible for maintaining our room always clean and according to our needs. Very friendly and always attentive. Breakfast buffet was varied and food quality was good. They also allowed to check-in at 11:30h which was perfect scenario for someone arriving in the morning from a 16 hour trip. Definitely a hotel to come back to !

Hotel is quite good and the room service of the Anura is very excellent. He cleaned the room in a very good way and all the times he keep smilling and very good by nature and fullfill and the requirements of the guests. Thank you so much Anura for all the vest services. Last but not least just wanna say Thank you to the Receptionist Ron she is very very helpful and good of nature and the way she attended the customers even me really appreciate for that. Really impressed with all. Thank you so much millenium team. Hope to see you all again.

The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped—everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is polite, always ready to help and answer any questions. I'd especially like to commend Amit, the housekeeper—he's a true professional! The room was always spotlessly clean, the sheets were fresh, the towels were neatly folded, and his attention to detail was simply impressive. It's clear he's passionate about his work and cares deeply for his guests. Thanks to his team, the hotel maintains a cozy and pleasant atmosphere.
