Very nice hotel, and friendly staff. The food is good with plenty of variation, but could use a bit more spices. Just not much to see outside the hotel area, but taxi is cheap, so it’s easy to get around. I can recommend booking a snorkling trip from the hotel. Very friendly staff on the boat and not too crowded. Many others book too many people at one time. There was also a good photographer with us on the trip, that took some great photos. You of course have to pay extra for that, but I think it was worth it.

We recently stayed at Meraki Resort and honestly had a wonderful time overall. The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the food — the variety on offer was impressive, and the quality was consistently excellent throughout our visit. The staff truly made this experience special. A huge shoutout to Asmaa, the coffee barista, who makes an absolutely incredible cup of coffee — seriously one of the best I’ve ever had! The kitchen chef (( mr. Yousery ))also went above and beyond by regularly coming out to check on guests’ satisfaction, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. You can really tell the team takes pride in what they do. The only thing that could use some love is the rooms — the amenities are fairly basic and the décor feels a little outdated compared to the overall vibe of the resort. It didn’t ruin our stay by any means, but a refresh would definitely elevate the experience.

Me and my sister had such an amazing experience at this resort. We stayed here for 9 days, and everything was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The service was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, and they created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. As two female travellers, we felt very safe and comfortable the entire time, thanks to the staff always making sure everything was okay and that we had no issues at all. Their kindness and care genuinely made a difference to our holiday. A big thank you to the cleaning staff and to all the waiters who always greeted us with a smile. I managed to remember some of the staff names and would love to mention them here: Mohammed Yhyia, Mahmoud Mohamed Khalaf, Elgohary, Karim, and Mohamed from the waiter team. There are so many more people I wish I could mention as well. A very special thank you to Ismail Ali for his incredible cooking skills — the plates that come out of his hands are truly works of art. Thank you to every single member of staff who made our experience unforgettable. Because of all of you, this hotel is a place we would happily come back to again and again. We hope to see you all again soon!

Couldn’t fault the place at all! The hotel was perfect! Rooms were always made spotless by the Lovely Ahmed, he even made decorations with the towels and flowers, loved coming back each day to a different one! The entertainment and food were great! There was always something different going on, the entertainment team was amazing, such a fun and outgoing group of people, especially Ellie! He was always so kind and always went out of his way to talk to us and to see how we are doing, and to involve us in everything. Highly recommend, will be back again 💝

We had a good stay at the hotel for Egyptian standards. The hotel grounds are beautifully designed, well-maintained, and create a really pleasant atmosphere to relax in. The food was really good with a nice variety, and the staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. However, there were a few downsides. A lot of Slavic “Russian” guests were reserving sunbeds by the pool very early in the morning (around 6–7 AM), which made it difficult to find a spot later in the day. Additionally, we arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., check-in at 2 p.m. We handed over our passports and came back at 2 p.m. to get a room card. It was chaos; they wanted to take payment even though everything had been paid for through Booking. They asked if we had booked two rooms, I showed the confirmation from Booking several times, but they were too disorganized. Room was big with side sea view. But there was mold in the bathroom, which definitely needs attention. The shower stall was not very comfortable. Another issue was with our room. We booked a large double bed through Booking, but received two single beds instead. When we raised this at reception, we were told to come back the next day to check if another room might become available, which was quite inconvenient and not what we expected.
