I had the pleasure of attending yoga sessions with Manoj during my stay at the Maritim Resort, and he was absolutely amazing. His teaching style is calm, patient, and incredibly encouraging, making every session enjoyable regardless of your experience level. Manoj creates such a welcoming and positive atmosphere, and he explains each movement clearly while helping you improve your balance, breathing, and overall relaxation. You can really feel his passion for yoga and his genuine care for everyone in the class. The sessions were one of the highlights of my stay. I always left feeling refreshed, energized, and more connected with myself. Thank you, Manoj, for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend his classes to anyone staying at the resort!

We had an exceptional stay at Maritim Balaclava and would like to thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Neha gave us the warmest welcome we have ever received at a hotel. Her friendliness and professionalism immediately made us feel at home. Kishen and Krishna (Porter) also went above and beyond, ensuring our transportation needs were met and making us feel like family rather than guests. Krishna’s positive energy and attentiveness throughout our stay were particularly appreciated. In the Food & Beverage department, Khimesh and Avinash provided outstanding service, always checking on us, recommending drinks, and paying attention to every detail. Their kindness and professionalism made every meal enjoyable. We would also like to thank Nina at the bar for her warm smile, helpful recommendations, and excellent service. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and plenty of activities. However, what truly sets Maritim Balaclava apart is its people. The genuine warmth, care, and hospitality shown by the team were unlike anything we have experienced before. None of the staff members mentioned above asked for a review or rating. I discreetly noted their names from their badges because I genuinely wanted to recognize their exceptional service. A perfect 10/10 stay. We highly recommend Maritim Balaclava and look forward to returning.

We spent a truly memorable and fabulous two weeks at the Maritim Resort in May 2026 with our family group of eight, ranging in age from 17 to 80, and every one of us absolutely loved it. We were thoroughly spoiled by the wonderful and incredibly attentive staff, including Kavita, Krishen, Sarah, Paulo, Jeffry, Jay, Gopee and so many others. A very special mention must go to Mithun, who went above and beyond for all of us. Thank you for making our stay so genuinely amazing. We miss you all, and our beautiful Mauritius, already! We booked the all-inclusive package, which was fantastic, and loved trying the many excellent restaurants on site, with La Marée on the beach being a personal favourite. Our family also cannot thank Sam Marshall from World Leisure Holidays and Charlene Tiley from Tourvest Travel Services enough for organising our holiday so beautifully and professionally. Every detail was handled with such care, from the moment we arrived in Mauritius until our very sad departure.
