The entire team went above and beyond to make both me and my daughter feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. Every single staff specially Rafik , Josephina and Darina were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made our stay completely stress-free. The room was flawless—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The beach was pristine, clean, and perfect for families. What made this stay even more special was how much attention they gave to my daughter. She absolutely loved the Kids Club and all the activities available. The team did such an amazing job keeping her entertained and happy throughout our stay. They even prepared a wonderful surprise that completely made her day—and honestly, mine too! Seeing her so excited and happy was priceless. The level of hospitality we received was truly outstanding. We felt genuinely valued as guests, and the warmth and care we experienced made us feel right at home. By the end of our stay, we genuinely did not want to leave. Thank you for creating such beautiful memories for my daughter and me. We cannot wait to come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable family vacation

I had a pool cabana with a butler at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, and the service was excellent. The pool was beautiful, perfectly cool, and the whole atmosphere around the beach and cabana area was very, very nice and relaxing. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless and well taken care of. The butler service made a real difference—attentive without being intrusive, always available when needed, and consistently on point. It elevated the whole experience rather than just being a luxury add-on. The pool area itself is one of the highlights: clean design, calm water, and a quiet, upscale vibe that makes it easy to unwind. Even when it’s busy, it never feels chaotic. There’s a strong sense of space and privacy, especially in the cabana section. Overall, it’s a place that delivers exactly what you hope for in a luxury beach resort in Dubai—comfort, polished service, and a relaxed but refined atmosphere. Absolutely recommend it, especially if you can book a cabana with butler service.

My visit to Mandarin Oriental Jumeira was honestly one of those experiences that just stay with you. I got to try the spa, spend time at the pool and beach, and enjoy the food, and every single part of it was just stunning. The spa was so relaxing and beautifully done, the pool and beach area had such a gorgeous vibe, and the food was delicious. I genuinely loved every minute I spent on the property. A huge shoutout to Kiran, who looked after us so incredibly well. He made the whole experience even more special and truly went above and beyond. That kind of warm, attentive service is what sets a place apart. I'm already dreaming of coming back next time with my kids! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a world-class experience right here in Dubai. 🤍

I had the pleasure of staying for my belated birthday and anniversary, and what a stunning experience it was. Our suite was beautifully arranged and offered a wonderful view overlooking the sea, creating the perfect setting for a special occasion. We were also delighted by a thoughtful anniversary surprise, with lovely amenities and a beautiful setup waiting for us. Every single colleague we encountered—from reception to housekeeping and the teams in the restaurants—was truly remarkable and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. Luxury hotels are abundant in Dubai, but the feeling and level of genuine hospitality we experienced here was truly above and beyond. It was an absolutely divine stay that I would urge anyone to experience. Mandarin Oriental is, without a doubt, a leader when it comes to hospitality, and I can proudly say I am a true fan.
