Our stay at Le Palmiste has come to an end and we have had the best time. We booked through TUI from the UK and there was an initial misunderstanding with a change of dates and the hotel had not been informed. This was resolved in minutes by Poonam at reception, who was amazing and kept us stress free. We were bed and breakfast, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, good AC and great sized bathroom. The food at breakfast was perfect for us, omelette cooked to order, fresh fruit buffet, crepes etc. The pool area is great, cleaned daily. Hotel location is excellent with beach access across the road. Supermarkets a couple of minutes walk away. Great Italian restaurant nearby too, we are there daily. The staff are superb, especially Zamer who checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed and a friendly conversation. Do not believe the bad reviews on Google, the hotel is a 3 star that excels in comfort and service. I would love to return and stay again.

🌴☀️ Our stay at Le Palmiste has come to an end, but the wonderful memories and the exceptional hospitality of the people working there will stay with us for a very long time. ❤️ 🐦 From the cheerful birdsong early in the morning to the evening entertainment and disco 🎶, every moment created special memories for our family. 🌺 The hotel is very cosy and charming, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and lush tropical vegetation. We especially loved its intimate atmosphere, which made our stay feel peaceful and relaxing. 🙏 We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team. Special thanks to the reception staff for their warm welcome, to supervisor Zameer for always checking if everything was fine and whether we needed anything, and to Amber for keeping our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. 🍽️🍹 We would also like to thank all the restaurant staff and bartenders for their attention, friendliness, and excellent service, the spa therapists for the wonderful massages 💆‍♀️, the security staff, and everyone working behind the scenes to maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. 🏖️ 📍We also really appreciated the hotel’s location. It is just a short walk from the beach, souvenir shops, supermarkets, lovely restaurants, and local fruit and juice stalls 🍍🥭making it very convenient for visitors. ✨ Thank you, thank you, thank you! ✨ 💙 We wish everyone at Le Palmiste good health, happiness, and continued success. I had an amazing time in this hotel! The tradiotional style, ambiance, garden, pools.. the whole vibe is very tropical and photogenic. Our room was on the ground floor.. 2 meters away from the pool. Amazing! The room was spacious and clean every day, the food was great - not too much on the buffet but everything was really delicious - just add some salt and pepper. New menu every night. Chinese food night - we ate so much :)) I saw nothing weird here. I have to admit, some of the reviews here got to me but in reality, everything was just great. The staff - congrats! Your hospitality was on point and beyond. The waiters at the restaurant, J.P. for all the help, Zaamer for checking up on us and the room... even the pool boy from Ghana. Just all good people. If I come back, im staying here again. Best of luck to all of you and I wish you nothing but sucess in work and life.

​Staying at this hotel was a pure pleasure! The entire resort has a very lovely and relaxing atmosphere, but what deserves the most praise is the fantastic staff. Everyone is incredibly polite, courteous, and helpful in every situation. ​Special thanks go to the manager, Jean Phillipe. He showed great empathy and professionalism by arranging a much more comfortable room for us, which was an incredibly kind gesture. Such an approach made us feel truly special. ​Overall – it was super! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Palmiste Resort & Spa during my visit to Mauritius. The hotel is very good, with a peaceful and pleasant ambiance that truly reflects the beauty of the island. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always helpful, making our stay very comfortable. A special thanks to the housekeeping team—they did an excellent job and even folded our clothes, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel also arranged a candlelight dinner for us, and it was absolutely amazing—perfect setup and a memorable experience. The food was very tasty, with good variety and quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience in Mauritius, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip here.
