Exceptional Stay at Casuarina Resort & Spa! Our stay at Casuarina Resort & Spa was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that made us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay. A special mention to the amazing staff, especially Khushbu and Ashley, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their polite, attentive, and friendly nature truly reflects the resort’s high standards of service. They made our experience even more special with their prompt support and genuine care. The location of the resort is beautiful and serene, offering a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature—perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. It’s an ideal getaway spot away from the hustle and bustle. The food menu deserves special appreciation. The variety, taste, and quality of the dishes were excellent, with something for everyone. Every meal was well-prepared and delicious, adding great value to the overall experience. Overall, Casuarina Resort & Spa offers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, great food, and a lovely location. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to visit again!

I had an incredible experience at Mr. Steeve’s Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff treated us with genuine hospitality, and everything—from service to food—was absolutely outstanding. A special shout-out to Chef Mr. Kendy, whose dishes were nothing short of amazing. Every plate was beautifully presented and full of rich, memorable flavors. You can truly taste the passion and skill he puts into his cooking. I also want to highlight Rogen, the bar manager, who made the evening even better with expertly crafted drinks and a friendly, professional attitude. Overall, Mr. Steeve’s Restaurant delivers a top-tier dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, great drinks, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very pleasant holidays, family-friendly. Excellent service. Variety of food was good but can can certainly undergo improvement. Sanjay and steeve, excellent managers, made sure we have great dining experience. Infrastructure looks great, lush green areas, white buildings. The ducks took the scenery to another level. I highly recommend for those who seek excellent family times.

From the moment we arrived, the welcoming was warm, genuine, and made us feel instantly at ease. A special mention goes to Mr Steeve, the person responsible for the restaurant, whose professionalism and attentiveness set a very high standard. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The way he greeted guests, checked on every table, and personally made sure that we were satisfied showed his dedication and passion for hospitality. His sense of service is simply exceptional — attentive without being intrusive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal offering rich flavours and great variety. Chef Kendy and his team clearly put care and effort into each dish, making the dining experience one of the highlights of our stay. The F&B Manager also deserves recognition for maintaining such a high level of organisation and hospitality within the department. It’s clear that the team works together with strong leadership and a shared vision for guest satisfaction. Overall, Casuarina Resort & Spa exceeded expectations — not just because of the beautiful environment, but because of the people. A heartfelt thank you especially to Mr Steeve, who truly made the stay exceptional.

We have had a great time at Casuarina Resort & Spa.The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we arrived. It was great to relax at the spa. Our kids enjoyed themselves very much in the swimming pool. The staff at the Spa and the restaurant was incredibly considerate, friendly and attentive. We were really impressed with Mr Steeve who is responsible for the restaurant. His commitment to making guests feel at home is truly outstanding. This hotel exceeded our expectations, largely due his exceptional personality. He went out of his way to ensure every guest is happy. He created a comfortable atmosphere that the dinner feel like a special occasion. A special thank you to his manager as well for his professionalism and warmth. Truly the memories shall linger in our heart for long. We highly recommend Casuarina Resort & Spa not just for its delicious food and spa, but for the world-class hospitality.
