If you choose to go all inclusive at Aanari Hotel and Spa, the package generally consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer, spirits, etc are served from 11:00-22:00 (except during meal times).

I don't often post reviews but I just had to this time. My dad booked this place for my grandmother's birthday as a little get together/ vacation. The service was immaculate and I genuinely can never thank the staff and the owner enough. Everyone was so polite and nice to us, a true show of real hospitality. The food was great and the portions were very generous. The gym is very cozy and other a variety of equipments. The pool is well maintained and very clean and I had to take a dip even if we're in the middle of winter. 😂 I didn't get to try out the spa but I know that they offer hamam and sauna services. Overall a very nice clean cozy place to come spend time with family and friends. I would definitely recommend and I am definitely coming back again!

I booked the room for the three of us to avoid a drive back up north in the rain. As such, I didn’t have any expectations beyond it being convenient. I’m happy to report we had a pleasant stay. Whilst the place looks a little tired in places, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was fresh. We used the pool a few times and it’s small but clean and well maintained. The aircon worked well in the room. Overall, a pleasant experience and we’ll definitely stay again.

Honestly, the hotel was much better than I expected. At first, I was worried because of some negative reviews, but the reality was completely the opposite. The hotel has a great location, close to Casela Park and most activities, especially water activities. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with air conditioning and a refrigerator, unlike a previous 4-star hotel I stayed in that didn’t even have a fridge. If you’re traveling with family or want two rooms next to each other, I highly recommend rooms 134 and 135 — they are adjacent, and each room has its own balcony. The swimming pool is wonderful, the beach is right in front of the hotel, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Overall, a very positive experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had booked a club room at Aanari and our stay was fabulous. The room was very spacious with all amenities, and the food was also very good. As a vegetarian couple we had requested them to add Indian foods to the breakfast buffet and they happily obliged with Aloo paratha and Poori etc. The parking is situated behind the hotel so kindly search the Mei Yan Restaurant parking and park the car there. A few tips for improvement from our side - 1)The AC in the room is of insufficient capacity at 1 TR, it should be atleast 2 TR for the club size room to be able to cool it. 2)Bidet spray would be a welcome addition in the bathroom. 3) The glass door to the balcony must have a locking mechanism. Apart from that we had no concerns, our stay was very pleasant.

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The reception staff was rude and unprofessional, and their behavior towards us was not welcoming. The room service was also poor and did not meet basic expectations. We felt that we were treated differently because we are Indian, which made our stay very uncomfortable. We hope the hotel improves its customer service and ensures that all guests are treated with equal respect, regardless of their nationality.
