From the moment we arrived, he was professional, welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring. He goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels valued and looked after. What impressed me most was that he doesn’t just manage the hotel — he personally cares about the experience of his guests. Bimlesh is an absolute credit to the hotel. His professionalism, kindness, patience and attention to detail are exceptional. You can see that his team respects him, and his leadership makes a real difference to the atmosphere and service throughout the hotel. It is very rare to meet someone in hospitality who takes such genuine pride in what they do. Bimlesh is truly outstanding and deserves the highest recognition. Had a wonderful staycation experience! A special thanks to Ms. Mia for her sweet, polite, and exceptional hospitality. She kindly arranged a complimentary upgrade to a Club Room along with early check-in and late check-out, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very spacious, neat, clean, and quiet, creating the perfect environment to relax. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary cake after mentioning our anniversary celebration during booking. The resort offers access to multiple pools, great dining options, and discounts on food and spa services. Overall, it was the perfect getaway for my husband and me to unwind and take a break from our busy routines. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended!

The rooms were excellent, clean, and as described. The hotel offers good facilities, including a nice gym. The breakfast was also excellent. The check-in staff was great and treated us well. However, the valet service could be improved. There were also minor inconveniences, such as the valet service and the lack of some amenities in the bathroom during check-in. Overall, it was a memorable experience.
