This is my third stay at this hotel this year, and once again it exceeded my expectations. The service and location are excellent, which keeps bringing us back every time. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, always greeting us by name, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. One of the things we love most is that the hotel offers so many restaurant options — you really have everything you need without having to leave the property. And of course, our favorite part: the live music band at Jules never fails to deliver a great atmosphere and end the day on a high note. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again.

Prime Location The hotel is strategically located just a few minutes' drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB), with a complimentary shuttle service available. This makes it an ideal choice for short layovers or business trips, while main commercial and shopping hubs are also an accessible 15-minute drive away. Culinary Delights With 18 different food and beverage outlets, the hotel offers a remarkable culinary journey. Guests can enjoy diverse cuisines, from authentic Italian at Casa Mia and Japanese at Kiku to an Irish pub experience at The Dubliners. The extensive buffet breakfasts are also highly rated for their variety and quality.

We had a great stay overall at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel, despite a few challenges during check-in. The initial experience didn’t quite reflect the level I’d normally expect from a Marriott property, particularly from some team members at that moment. That said, I’m genuinely grateful to Arslan at the front desk on the day of check-in and to the Duty Manager, Mohamed Razvi (on Day 3 of the stay) as well as Keko at the BonVoy desk, who both stepped in and really helped save the day. Their professionalism and willingness to resolve things made a noticeable difference. Beyond that first hurdle, the overall experience was very positive. The hotel staff are attentive and caring, and service across the property felt warm and consistent. Food options were another highlight — both room service and the on-site restaurants offer good variety and quality, making it easy to dine in without feeling limited. One thing I particularly loved was the room setup. Having ground-level rooms surrounded by greenery is something you simply can’t find everywhere in Dubai, and it adds a calm, almost resort-like feel to the stay. While I usually lean towards Marriott properties around the Palm or Marina, this hotel is also strategically located and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it, especially for those looking for a more relaxed, green setting without compromising on service or dining options.

Amazing hotel! Best I’ve ever stayed in. Super clean, beautiful decor, delicious food, highly attentive staff! Location is perfect for the airport, it’s a little further from downtown but the GGIC metro station is very close by which makes it easy to get to any part of Dubai.

I can highly recommend the hotel and the staff. From the moment of arrival each touchpoint is a delight. Check-in is hassle free and professional. The transfer to the room friendly and informative. The room wonderfully appointed and spacious with elegant but understated comfort. The In-room dining excellent and the service team amazing. My delight was calling for service and being addressed by my first name, it felt warm and friendly as though I had been many times and they knew me. I applaud the team who manage recruit and train the team. Well done.
