We had a good overall stay and would rate it 4 stars. There were a couple of hiccups, mainly the late check-in and a slightly stinky washroom. We were scheduled to get our room at 3 PM, but due to the Eid holiday rush, the hotel was fully booked and we only received it around 5 PM. While waiting, we made good use of the hotel amenities, particularly the Kids Pool and Lazy River, which helped us freshen up. The hotel handled the delay well by offering us a complimentary dinner as compensation — a really nice gesture. The dinner was decent, though the vegetarian options were quite limited. In contrast, the breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic variety of Indian vegetarian dishes. The hotel could definitely benefit from more activities and attractions for guests. We found the Kids Club to be average — fine for basic use, but not as impressive as some reviews had suggested. All in all, it was a solid stay and would probably feel even better value during non-peak periods.

We celebrated our 12th Wedding Anniversary and Mother’s Day at Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection, and our stay was absolutely amazing from Day 1 until our Day 3 check-out. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with a lovely view overlooking the river area. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious food choices, and our little one enjoyed the unlimited ice cream during dinner. What truly made our stay extra special was the hospitality of the staffs. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Romeo, Samrat, Sulochaman, and Grace from the restaurant area for always making us feel comfortable and well taken care of every time we dined. We would also like to thank Tara, Judy, Phoo, Khalifa and Ojo from the Kids Club for being so accommodating and attentive. They ensured the kids’ enjoyment and safety at all times and prepared lots of fun activities that our child truly enjoyed and gave us moms time to relax. Appreciation as well to the receptionists, Marry , Dominic, Howly ,Gayan and Success, for the warm welcome and excellent customer service. Every time we saw them in the lobby, they always checked on us and asked if there was anything they could assist with. Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts is definitely one of the best choices for a memorable family staycation, and we highly recommend it to everyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. From the very first moment of check-in, we were welcomed by a smiling, professional team who made everything smooth and easy for us. A special thanks to Ms. Walaa from the Front Office and Mr. Remon, a truly professional manager who knows exactly how to transform even a small issue into a memorable guest experience. His leadership clearly reflects on the amazing team around him. The concierge and valet parking teams were exceptional — always smiling, proactive, and going the extra mile before you even ask , special Thanks to ( Mr. Pawan )..They constantly offered club car rides to the reception, restaurants, pool, and other areas with such kindness and hospitality. Our kids absolutely loved the Kids Club team. Tara, Judy, Ojo, and Phoo made such a positive impact on our children with their warm, personalized care and genuine attention. They brought huge smiles to our kids’ faces . One of the most unforgettable parts of the stay was the buffet and dining experience. The food quality was simply incomparable — outstanding chefs, incredible taste, huge variety, and excellent quality across everything, especially the steak and butcher selections. The breakfast buffet was also exceptional, with a wide variety of international cuisines. Huge appreciation as well to the housekeeping team, room service heroes, and the lifeguards at the pool for their professionalism and care. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. I don't usually write reviews, but our experience at Lapita Hotel was so exceptional, and the staff were so incredibly respectful, that I felt it was my turn to give them the credit they deserve. I’ll start with Sabrina at the reception، she is such a warm, caring, and professional person. She is so helpful, friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure our stay is perfectly comfortable. We loved our first stay so much that we decided to come back to spend our vacation here again! Upon our arrival, Sabrina surprised us with wonderful welcome signs that absolutely delighted the whole family. Honestly, I don't know how they select their staff with such extreme care; everyone is so honorable, welcoming, and comforting that they force you to keep coming back, making Lapita your number one choice. At the Kids Club, the team is so fun, active, and full of energy. They bring a completely different vibe to the place, making both the little ones and adults thoroughly enjoy themselves. I would especially like to mention, Tara, Judy, Ojo and Phoo. I also cannot forget the wonderful service at the main restaurant, starting from Sarina, who warmly welcoming you at the restaurant entrance to Chef Roger, and the assistants, who always come over to help without even being asked, despite how extremely busy it gets during peak hours. Special thanks to Emeric and Zein. Additionally, Chef Moses who made amazing food at the live station every night..chapeau! The buggy service! It is always one of our favorite and most fun moments. The drivers are so lighthearted and joyful; they kindly offered to take us on a tour and even waited for us until we finished feeding the fish, providing all their help with a beautiful smile and warm hospitality. Thank you, Lapita Team! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a happy, relaxing, and joyful vacation.

We stayed at Lapita Resort for 2 days and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a family getaway. The hospitality and overall service were truly excellent. A special mention to Mr. Pawan, who was an incredible host throughout our stay. He took the time to show us around the entire resort, explained everything so well, and made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail really made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team at Lapita Resort for such a wonderful experience.
