We have just returned from Blue Bay Beach Resort and are left with nothing but the best impressions. It is a wonderful hotel with even more wonderful people working there. We would like to express our special thanks to Kathy for her kindness, hospitality, and the most beautiful smile that brightened our holiday every single day. Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable. The hotel has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The food is delicious, varied, and plentiful. One of the unique highlights is watching the airplanes flying low overhead for landing – it was a fascinating experience. The location is excellent, the facilities are well maintained, and the service is professionally organized. Although the hotel is busy and welcomes many guests, everything runs smoothly, and the staff are always ready to help and answer any questions. We would also like to sincerely thank the reception staff – Dora, Katerina, and Irina – for their attentiveness, professionalism, and care. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely return! Thank you to the entire Blue Bay Beach Resort team!

Best thing about this hotel is the staff. The animation team in particular are brilliant! Noah was fantastic - he made us feel very welcome and was a brilliant guy. Excellent at leading activities and encouraging us ‘lazy Brits’ to get involved. He even taught us his T Rex boules technique! Andreas in the beach/pool bar was brilliant too. A true gentleman and the best bar man around. Big Thanks from Mark and Chris! Also Jordan in the main hotel bar. A top bar man and a very happy, friendly guy!

We had booked superior family room for 7 nights. The rooms were fairly kept clean. A bottle of wine, Fruits and sweets were kept upon arrival. However there was no cork opener to open the wine bottle. Repeated requests for it wasn’t taken care of and we ended not drinking the wine. The staff were polite and pleasant throughout. I regret to say the food at the main restaurant was below expectations. It was too bland and the only edible food we found was fresh fruits and lot many veggies and salads. However there are many à la carte restaurants you can book for free and they are really good. I recommend people to book these restaurants early as they can booked up quickly. The alcoholic drinks were pretty ok. The resort is closer to the airport and hence lot of noise from the plane landing. It bothered for the first day and then you get used to it. Due to the location of the resort, there is lot of wind and keeps the heat away compared to other parts of Rhodes. I have seen a lot of negative comments about the rooms, it might be true. I think we lucky to have a decent room for the family. Would I recommend this resort- Yes. No resort is perfect but when the people are nice to you, it makes a memorable holiday

If you enjoy the old‑school all‑inclusive experience with a canteen‑style dining hall, terrible acoustics, greedy guests and children sticking their fingers in the food, then this hotel is perfect for you. The food is clearly aimed at the lowest common denominator, and the quality matches that level. When we arrived, we saw a list of guests wanting to switch rooms — a clear sign that many were unhappy with their accommodation. We tried to change our room as well, but everything was already taken. The biggest issue is the generator: a loud, metallic noise running 24/7, making the balconies unusable for a large number of rooms. Even down at the beach — which does have easy access to the sea — the constant noise from the hotel’s music and equipment drowns out the sound of the waves completely. The pool area is the classic sunbed battleground, with towels placed at dawn and no real control. The noise from music and cooling systems continues well past 23:00, even though this is supposed to be a family hotel. The hotel is priced 25–35% above what it delivers and feels like an old property patched and painted over without addressing the real issues. The drinks are ruined by such poor-quality alcohol that classic cocktails become unrecognizable. The positive part: The cleaning staff is genuinely kind and helpful. They quickly fixed practical issues for us — like a broken chair and a kettle that didn’t work. And the beach access is good, even though the hotel noise follows you all the way down. If you dream of peace, ocean views and relaxation, this is not the place. But if you prefer constant noise and no chance of hearing the sea, then it fits perfectly.

We had such a lovely stay at Blue Bay Resort in Rhodes, it truly made for the perfect girls’ getaway! The location is fantastic, right by the beach, offering beautiful views and easy access to the sea whenever you want. The all-inclusive package worked brilliantly for us. Everything was convenient, relaxed, and exactly what we needed for a stress-free holiday. A very special shoutout to the head chef, Yaanis, who genuinely made our experience unforgettable. As vegetarians, we’re often used to limited options when travelling, but that was absolutely not the case here. Yaanis went above and beyond to ensure we always had something exciting and delicious to eat. He even prepared an off-menu vegetarian version of a shrimp dish just for us, which was such a thoughtful touch! On multiple occasions, he made sure we were well looked after and served the best. It’s rare to experience such personal care and attention, and it truly elevated our stay. The staff overall were warm and welcoming, and the whole resort had a friendly, relaxed vibe. We left feeling happy, well taken care of, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!
