We had a wonderful stay at Kresten Royal Euphoria. The greatest strength of this hotel is, without a doubt, its people. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Malina in the main restaurant. She is exceptionally professional, attentive, and always serves guests with a smile. The bar staff also deserve recognition—they are skilled, efficient, and provide excellent service. The hotel itself is very pleasant, and you can truly feel the warmth of Greek hospitality through the staff. They make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The rooms would benefit from having an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and while the food is tasty and enjoyable, it isn't particularly outstanding compared to other resorts. Overall, it's a very good 4-star hotel with exceptional service and wonderful people. The genuine Greek hospitality is what makes this place special, and it's the reason we would happily recommend it. 🇬🇷

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the very first day, we felt genuinely welcomed. The entire team, from housekeeping and restaurant staff to reception and management, was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Nothing ever seemed to be a problem, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The service was outstanding throughout the week. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety. We were here with a dance group, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were flexible, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping us create the best possible experience for our participants. We have organized dance holidays for many years, and this has been one of our best hotel experiences. In fact, we were so happy with everything that we have already decided to return with our next dance tour. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We cannot wait to come back! Best regards! Ewa & Santino

We’ve just got back from our weeks stay here. All the staff were lovely (apart from one in particular… see below). In particular the Gaia restaurant staff, bar staff at the main pool bar / restaurant and the concierge members. We felt that they were all very helpful and polite, and were great with our 2 young children. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard, there is always food of sorts available pretty much all day long, and it’s great that there is a supermarket shop on the resort. The hotel is in a very picturesque setting. Areas for improvement: 1. the gym could do with opening at 6am rather than 7am. The gym is average and you can get a workout in if it’s not too busy, but there is a lot of redundant space - a little investment in this would make it a really good gym. 2. The dietary / allergen information is unreliable. I was delighted to see that it was all labelled with allergen stickers, but I quickly had to stop relying on this when I saw a “Vegan Cake” with a dairy and egg allergen sticker on it… everything that I did eat however was really delicious. I was very jealous of all the puddings and sweet treats - they looked dreamy! 3. The lifeguard has an attitude problem and seems to not like it if your child knows how to swim! Almost every day he aggressively came marching over and told us that our nearly 5 year old must have armbands on and she’s not allowed to put her face under. We were in the shallow kids pool that is 0.36m deep, accompanied by her parent in the pool at ALL times. She can also swim as she has had 2 swimming lessons a week for the last 2 years (we feel strongly that she should have this skill). We were not being hyper or silly - just paddling / catching her water toys (not deep enough to swim) and practicing her underwater swimming with goggles on! I of course understand the dangers of water and how a matter of seconds can be a threat to life, but as her supervising parent in a pool this shallow where we were mostly paddling around I don’t see the issue. At what age would we be told she doesn’t need arm bands? and the excuse of it being dangerous if she inhales water is true of everyone in the pool! He seemed to have a different reason every time he came over on what we were doing wrong. I am sure that this is a problem because he was guarding two different pools - maybe if there was a lifeguard at all times at both pools he wouldn’t have been so concerned. However, this made my child feel like they were doing something wrong and frankly put a downer on our days at the pool. Other hotel guests noticed this and multiple people commented on how we were being responsible parents in the pool with her and how they had been watching how good she was in the water. I really do not understand the issue. As parents we should be encouraging our children to be confident in the water. I wouldn’t come back purely because of this experience sadly.

The hotel premises and facilities were lovely overall, but I do not personally feel the experience met the standard expected from a true 5-star hotel. The main issue was the service and organisation. The queues for the main restaurant were consistently very long, especially on Sundays when the other restaurants were closed, and the hotel clearly did not have the capacity to comfortably accommodate everyone. Another disappointment was the alcohol-free cocktail selection. As I am pregnant, this was something I particularly noticed. There were only a few mocktail options, they were very syrupy, and the bars refused to make standard cocktails such as a Piña Colada alcohol-free, which gave the impression of using pre-mixed drinks rather than freshly made cocktails expected in a 5-star hotel. The room itself was lovely, although arriving to twin beds instead of the double bed we had specifically requested was also disappointing. Overall, the hotel has potential and beautiful premises, but the service and guest experience need improving to truly justify a 5-star rating.

For me this a decent 4* hotel, not 5* luxury place like marketed. Stayed 3 nights with my wife and 2 years old kid, services were good, so was the food offered very nice drink menu. But on the other hand pool hours 10-18:00 only, no place for kids to play, and the room was spacy but seemed a bit old. Overall a good experience but dont expect too much luxury like you see on the pictures before your arrival...
