We had a really great time staying at Khao Lak Emerald Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The resort has a beautiful atmosphere, and it was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our holiday. What made our stay even better was the excellent service. We would especially like to thank Mr. John for all his help during our visit. He was always friendly, approachable, and willing to assist whenever we needed anything. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests. The hospitality of the entire team was outstanding, and everything was well organized throughout our stay. We enjoyed the facilities, the peaceful environment, and the overall experience at the resort. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to Mr. John and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back

The place is really excellent and also the staff are accommodating. I love the view of swimming pool because infront of beach. There is swimming pool for the kids and it was safe for them. Moreover, the overall was absolutely beautiful and amazing. ❤️❤️❤️ thank you so much for the staff who was preparing the anniversary design because it made me overwhelmed, and also the manager is really polite and accommodating. This hotel is highly recommended for those who coming. ☺️❤️

We enjoyed our stay so much! Awesome service. Great room. Near the ocean. The hotel has 4 swimming pools. Reception staff, very friendly and accommodating. Mr. John is the best! His service to the guest is exceptional! We will recommend this hotel to our friends and we will surely come back! Our stay became so memorable that we dont want to leave. Very much recommend! 🎉

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Khao Lak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa. The resort is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located right by the beach. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the resort is. We had an amazing stay at Emerald Beach Resort & Spa. The staff were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. As we were celebrating our engagement, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more memorable. We also asked for a late check-out and were kindly given an extra three hours, which we really appreciated. It allowed us to relax and enjoy our last day without feeling rushed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be coming back!
