This was my second stay, and this time I brought our two young, active kids. The welcome was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly throughout. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded to urgent inquiries—great service. Breakfast was served at the beach restaurant this time. While the setting was nice, it was quite busy due to Thai holidays, and service felt slow and a bit chaotic. Most dishes leaned too sweet for our taste, which made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. On the bright side, the coffee was excellent! One small hiccup: we received different operating hours from different staff members, which caused some confusion. The café was also freezing cold and not very inviting—drinks there were overly sweet and felt a bit carelessly prepared. We were told free ice cream for kids was available at both restaurants, but when we showed up, we were informed it had changed to just one location. The beach bar looked messy after a stormy rain, which wasn’t appealing, though the bartender was friendly. Dinner was a mixed bag—no kids' menu, which was a pity, but the set dinner package was well organized. The fire show was a pleasant surprise—beautifully done and entertaining for the whole family. The room itself was spacious with a great sofa bed for family stays, but the AC was uncomfortably noisy and cold—the second night it sounded like ice falling on the roof. Now for the highlights—the kids' club was absolutely impressive and beautiful, packed with all kinds of toys and fun art activities. A special shout-out to Fai, who runs the place so smoothly and professionally. She always welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine eye contact—confident, kindhearted, and great with the children. The kids' water park was the real game-changer—it completely hooked my little ones. And the outdoor playground offered fantastic options to keep them entertained even after the kids' club closed for the day. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows. Great staff, wonderful kids' facilities, but a few dining and operational details need fine-tuning. We'd still consider returning—especially for the amazing family-friendly spaces.

Wanderlust

A short stay at this resort was simply not enough. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. The kids' club located near the lobby was a thoughtful addition, especially for families with young children while waiting for their rooms. Our room was beautifully decorated for my niece's birthday, which made the occasion even more special and brought us so much joy. The room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and very comfortable. The resort offers multiple swimming pools, each providing a unique experience—whether you prefer a quiet swim, stunning beach views while in the pool, or fun water slides for the whole family. We had an amazing time during our stay. A special thank you to Mr. John for going above and beyond to make our visit extra special and ensuring that we were comfortable throughout our stay. This resort is the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and escape the busyness of everyday life. The facilities are top-notch, the staff are exceptionally kind and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is truly amazing. I highly recommend this resort and would gladly return in the future.

​We had a truly memorable experience at The Khaolak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent; the staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and went out of their way to be helpful. ​Our room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The facilities are equally amazing, especially the variety of pools and the well-equipped gym. We also loved the on-site coffee shop for a daily caffeine fix! A major highlight was the beach restaurant; dining while overlooking the ocean was a stunning experience. ​A special, big thanks to Khun John for his outstanding hospitality. He truly made our stay feel personal and special. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Emerald Phuket Resort from 1–3 July 2026, and we were lucky to have beautiful weather throughout our stay with no rain at all. We traveled with three other families, all with children under five, and everyone had an amazing time. The pools are spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for families. We especially enjoyed relaxing at the pool bar while the kids happily swam nearby. The kids’ pool is adorable, with plenty of fun features that kept the little ones entertained for hours. The resort’s restaurant, WAI WAI, offers a great variety of dishes. The Thai food was outstanding, especially the Nam Prik Goong Siab, which tasted incredibly authentic. Breakfast was also excellent, with a thoughtful selection for children, and the mascot made the experience even more enjoyable for the little ones. The kids’ club and daily activities were another highlight of our stay. There was always something fun for the children to do, and the staff made them feel welcome and engaged. My child absolutely loved it here and didn’t want to leave—which says it all! Overall, Emerald Phuket Resort is a fantastic choice for families with young children. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to return. PS Grilled Ham Cheese Sandwich at Pool bar is 10/10 *Must order!!!!

We had an amazing stay at Emerald Beach Resort & Spa. The staff were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. As we were celebrating our engagement, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more memorable. We also asked for a late check-out and were kindly given an extra three hours, which we really appreciated. It allowed us to relax and enjoy our last day without feeling rushed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be coming back!
