The Ski Chalet experience was truly exceptional. Having a private butler made the stay feel effortless—everything was just a WhatsApp message away, and every request was handled quickly and professionally. The stay included a delicious in-room breakfast, afternoon tea, two Snow Park tickets valid for six months, and two complimentary laundry items per stay, which was incredibly helpful as I was attending a wedding. The location is also perfect, with easy walking access to the mall. For around AED 2,500 per night, the value was outstanding. A special thank you to Amr from Room Reservations for his excellent assistance, and to our wonderful butlers, Laura and Angel, for their exceptional service. Thanks as well to the catering, housekeeping, and baggage collection teams for making our stay so memorable.

What a wonderful experience, me and my friends and family we visited this beautiful hotel we stayed for 3 days the service was top notch the hotel is so nice they have one of the best restaurants in Dubai, the pool is nice. we enjoyed our selves .making things so easy for us the hotel have access to the mall. The staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Kingsley he’s always smiling, on our arrival he’s the one that welcomed us, I will recommend this hotel to more of my friends and business partners I will definitely come back again. for more visits thank you for the great hospitality service

I am a regular customer at kempinski !!! It’s 9:30 already and since 5 pm i am waiting i need urgent action kindly contact me directly ! As i have booked earlier and have requested connected however, have been given a room in a maintenance floor and don’t want to change and request to downgrade or accommodate 8 people in one room!?!?! Please contact me this is not acceptable or allowed in any regulations to accommodate 8 in one bedroom It’s frustrating when management tells u u have this option or not !! I can’t understand how a 5 star hotel treating customers like this ! The bathroom has insects and water was yellow when we reached i have spoken to reception and no one took action i had to keep water running to clear and i had children

The staff were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable. Next to the famous Mall of the Emirates and its metro station. The location is best. Ideal for tourists and businessmen alike. Plenty of activities and choices. The rooms are excellent. Some of the staff need to be schooled. Some are courteous. I didn't like the hotel lobby—strange design. Their valet staff are the best, but not their concierge or some of the front desk staff. Their breakfast remains to be excellent. Not for those who enjoy morning walks.
