First visit to Bali and we chose KANVAZ Hotels based on the great reviews and the highly recommended breakfast selection—and it truly lived up to everything we read and more. We cannot say enough about the professionalism of the Balinese staff. Their attention to detail is exceptional. Despite working long 12-hour shifts, every staff member was always smiling, efficient, and working seamlessly as a team. Communication was outstanding, ensuring any inquiry was quickly directed to the right person. The rooms and hotel facilities are spotless and well maintained. The staff outside the hotel were incredibly respectful—stopping traffic so we could cross the road safely, offering umbrellas, opening car doors, carrying luggage, and patiently waiting to assist, even after spending hours on their feet. Any request, even when we stressed it wasn’t urgent, was attended to immediately. The service was often quiet and behind the scenes, but always noticed and deeply appreciated—from the chefs, cleaners, maintenance team, waitresses, to the front desk staff. Every interaction reflected genuine care and professionalism. An outstanding experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend KANVAZ Hotel and would happily stay here again. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional — you feel genuinely well taken care of from the moment you arrive. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed, with a lovely pool area. The rooms with direct pool access are a real highlight and add an extra touch of luxury to the stay. The room is spacious, well designed, and maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness, with great attention to detail. The pool-facing terrace is perfect for relaxing both in the morning and in the evening. Breakfast is excellent — generous, varied, and high quality, offering something for everyone. The hotel restaurant also provides a good selection of both local and international dishes. We had a wonderful stay at Kanvaz Seminyak. The staff are truly professional and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. When we arrived we were greeted with a beautiful surprise to celebrate my birthday. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail really stood out. The breakfast was amazing and catered for everyone, with plenty of variety and great quality. They genuinely made our stay special and memorable. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you to all the staff and the team at Kanvaz.

The hotel seems pretty well-known for its very French-inspired interior, everything is blue and honestly really beautiful. Totally Instagrammable. The room wasn’t too small or too big, just nice. The bathroom was also good with complete amenities. I really liked the scent of their hand lotion. The pool stretches along the restaurant, which is cool, and the location is quite convenient too.

We recently stayed at Kanvaz Village resort in Seminyak for the first time. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were treated with such genuine friendliness and professionalism I think it will be hard to stay anywhere else when we return to Bali. Every single staff member we encountered had such a warm and friendly demeanor and nothing we asked for was too much trouble and we honestly felt like they could not help us enough. We chose a Lagoon Access Suite at the rear of the property which was absolutely enormous, inviting and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy, the lounge area so relaxing and the outdoor area and pool so inviting. We could not get over how clean every aspect of the resort was and loved the location, close to several great day spas and amazing restaurants. We were lucky enough to meet the Hotel Manager Helena during our stay who was a very genuine women who took time out to make sure everything was perfect with our stay (which it was!) A special mention to several beautiful staff members, Eka, Sandi and Arya who took very good care of us. I would highly recommend this resort to couples looking for a quiet and romantic getaway. I cannot rate this resort highly enough. Thank you
