Wow! This place is absolutely incredible! From the gorgeous decor to the incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind staff working here. We couldn’t have asked for more during our stay here. As a family travelling with 2 small kids, the facilities were WELL utilized. The rooms are spacious and modern with a luxurious feel. The pool is a little paradise which we enjoyed daily. The complimentary breakfast is 10/10 as you can order pancakes, omelettes, French toast, etc to be made in addition to the already set up buffet. Lastly, the customer service, they really go above and beyond. Staff remember you by name and really make you feel welcomed and at home. We had a slight mix up with scheduling times for a massage on our last day here which was going to result in us missing it entirely, but instead they insisted on us going for one complimentary! Such a generous and lovely gesture from them. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness, patience, and wonderful hospitality. You made our stay all that much more special!

Kanvaz Village Resort Seminyak is a lovely hotel with a very good location. It is near Potato Head and other beach clubs and the area around has a very good vibe. Walkable to the Bodyworks Spa as well. I had selected the hotel particularly for its location. The service and staff at the hotel are amazing! Very responsive on WhatsApp and everyone from the front desk to the staff at the entrance of the hotel is attentive, polite and super helpful. Regarding the room I expected a slightly bigger room for the price that we paid, but then again this is in the heart of Seminyak so rooms may be slightly smaller. There is a rolling partition between the bedroom and the washroom so that might give bit of a business hotel feel. Breakfast has a very good spread with amazing live options as well!

Doing solo trip and did hotel hopping within Seminyak area. Between Alila, Desa Potato Head, and Kanvaz, dare I say the rank for hospitality is as below: 1. Kanvaz, 2. Desa Potato Head, 3. Alila Everyone was very, very, helpful and attentive from when you arrived until checkout. They were also very helpful with my need of storing breastmilk safely at the hotel’s freezer, 24 hours. Will definitely stay again for my next Bali trip. Keep up the great work!!

The service at the rooftop bar was truly memorable, thanks to a bartender named Yuda. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm and professional attitude that immediately set a welcoming tone. Yuda was attentive without being intrusive, making sure every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. His expertise in crafting cocktails was impressive, each drink was not only beautifully presented but also perfectly balanced in flavor. What stood out the most was his ability to recommend drinks based on our preferences, showing both knowledge and genuine care for the customer experience. Even when the rooftop became busy, Yuda still calm, efficient, and organized. He managed all seamlessly while still maintaining a high level of service for each guest. Overall, his friendliness, skill, and attention to detail elevated the entire rooftop experience. Highly recommended.
