I spent an absolutely wonderful week here — without a doubt, the best vacation of my life. The hotel is located right by the sea, features a huge swimming pool, is close to the town center, and has plenty of restaurants nearby — although I honestly can't imagine anyone leaving dinner hungry! 😂😂😂 What truly deserves special praise is the staff. They made me feel like royalty from the moment I arrived. The waiters and bartenders became my friends after just the first day, and I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness, warmth, and outstanding service. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and create unforgettable memories. ❤️ I will definitely be back! 🔥

On the whole it was a nice all inclusive hotel. The facilities - pools, beach, sunbeds, pool bar, mini shops, coffee bar - are great and the staff are friendly. We needed to change our room and they accommodated us happily. The negatives were the food and the all inclusive drinks. The buffet is plentiful but it became very tedious and repetitive and the choices did not change much. Some food was quite bland. It would have been nice to see themed nights ard different types of cultural food on offer. (We had the comparison of our last all inclusive in Egypt!) The alcoholic drinks were terrible. The spirits very obviously home brewed with a strange taste. I spent two nights wide awake and can only think the spirits were why - even though I don't drink much. It was a pleasure to buy drinks in local bars that tasted normal. Would I recommend this hotel as an all inclusive? Not really - especially if you want quality food and drink. B&B would be just enough!

This hotel doesn't deserve its 5 stars, 3 at most. We pre-booked a transfer from Antalya Airport, provided all the information, and were promised a pickup at the airport. When we arrived, there was no transfer. A random local helped us, allowed us to use his phone and spoke to the reception staff (they didn't understand English), who said they had no information about us. We waited a long time, and this passerby somehow found the counter where we needed to go (there were no hotel signs, and no one had told us where to look for the transfer in advance). We waited over an hour. The transfer itself was private, and the car and driver were good. We mentioned this situation upon arrival, but the reception staff didn't care at all and didn't offer us any compensation or gift for it. Then we went up to our room and discovered it had two separate beds, not one double, as we had specified in our reservations. We understand that when booking, you're warned that there's a chance you won't get the bed you requested, but after the transfer situation, it would have been appropriate. The receptionists didn't want to talk to us, repeatedly sending us to wait, as if they'd fix something, but nothing happened. Several other people had the same problem with us, and the second receptionist offered to put another mattress on top, which was their solution. Customer service is utterly inadequate. We also wanted to drop off our clothes to laundry . The instruction book it said to fill out a form, leave it in the room, and notify reception. We did so, but at reception, they told us to bring it to them and they don’t know what this instruction book says, they also don't have dry cleaning ( on the form it said they have). Why do you make instructions that don't work? The rooms are poorly cleaned. This hotel doesn't even have an ice cream fridge where u can get ice cream any time, like most hotels. The positives are only good food and a great location near the sea.

From the moment we walked into reception, we were really impressed – the whole area had a real wow factor. Unfortunately, we arrived quite late so there were no snacks available, but there was tea and water in the room which was appreciated. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The next morning, we got to properly explore the hotel and it really is beautiful and spotless throughout. There’s a great-sized main pool, along with a separate kids’ pool and kids’ club, which is ideal for families. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer – friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The food in the main restaurant was lovely. As it was off-season, this was the only dining option open, but there was still plenty of choice. The omelette station was definitely our favourite! There’s also a safe walkway under the road leading directly to the beach, which is very convenient. The beach itself was clean and well-maintained, with food and toilet facilities available. We also got a discount at Beach Hut No. 36 – their Long Island iced teas were the best! Overall, this is a very clean hotel with great food and extremely pleasant staff. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We love coming back to this hotel... you really can't go wrong with the value for money. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the rooms, to the food. What more can you ask for. Everyone is so friendly and we really appreciate the extra mile they go to. Entertainment and Customer relations get a special shout out. Thank you for making our holiday so good. 3rd year in a row and we look forward to coming back again.
