We spent 7 nights at the hotel. It was very clean and well maintained, the staff were very helpful and polite, although many speak little English they would go out of there way to help. The room was comfortably big enough for 2 with a balcony and air conditioning. The cleaner of our room was amazing. The swimming pools all had there own bars. The staff at these did an amazing job. The restaurant had a different selection of buffet every night, which was well presented and very tasty. The location was just outside Alanya main town but only a 25 min flat walk away. We had an amazing time.

It was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. If you think it’s a new 5 star hotel it is NOT. And it’s not the problem. I’ve stayed in better 3 star ones. You won’t get what you book and it’s different than the pictures they advertise here. Looking at the reviews I’m not the first one who didn’t get the room they booked. And a room I got was located in an old building where everything was broken and the staff even didn’t bother to fix it. They didn’t clean rooms or bathrooms in 10 days we stayed just changed the towels and made the beds. But the worst part was that my 3-year-old daughter got sick with salmonella from the food at the restaurant. She’s never been so sick and she’s suffered with diarrhea and stomach pain for 5 days.

I visited Turkey for the first time in June 2022 and chose Kaila Beach Hotel as our accommodation. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with this hotel. Very modern, with beautiful rooms, 3 pool areas, activities for kids and events in the evenings at the main pool. The food was okay, not the greatest but served us well during the course we were there, when we did decide to eat in the hotel. Cocktails do not come within the all inclusive package and these have to be paid for (only served at the main bar in the hotel). Furthermore, we did check in at 3am after a night flight and unfortunately got a room with 2 single beds, even though we had booked a double room. I did not make a fuss about this at all or request a change, we simply just pushed both beds together to save any hassle. That’s the only negative point about the bedrooms in our opinion. Plenty of staff there at all times if you are in need of anything or have any questions, some I did find only knew little English, so there was a bit of a language barrier at times. Other than that, the beach was a 2 minute walk through a hotel tunnel and is gated off after a certain time for safety and security. There are also guards in security just outside the front doors, so the safety is great. If you are looking for a family holiday and have younger kids, they do have reps that are there during the day and are always lively and welcoming. You get given pool towel cards and are able to get a fresh towel per person once a day, which I thought was great. Your fresh towels were to be collected before a certain time and down in the spa, located centrally within the complex. A lovely hotel for our first time visiting.

We spend 7 days in this hotel with our family and we were very pleased with everything! Food was amazing, staff were very friendly and overall it was a very pleasant stay! Also we want to say huge thanks to restaurant worker Irfan who was very kind with us, Also Deniz from restaurant and animation Iren! Looking forward for coming back!
