What an INCREDIBLE hotel and Staff that run the hotel. The resilience strength , care, hospitality that your staff have despite the current situation the staff here at the Marriott have made it feel relaxed inside and continue to make things feel normal despite probably feeling anxious themselves. This hotel is safe, strong, clean, professional and grand. Thank you JW Marriott and all of the team from the cleaners, the cooks, the managers, the door men , the room delivery staff that delivered the food and also reassured me when I told them I felt worried , you are incredible . You certainly are more than a 5 star hotel, your staff carry this place with Grace and dignity and have inspired me to be honest. If I ever come back to Dubai I would come back to this hotel as they have consistently, always been remarkable.

Our stay at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai was absolutely exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and incredibly clean. The staff was always friendly, professional, and very attentive. The leisure and sports facilities were excellent, and everyone truly enjoyed their time there. What impressed us most was the outstanding cleanliness, organization, and luxurious atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. We felt welcomed and comfortable from the very beginning. A big compliment to the entire team — this hotel truly deserves the highest praise. Highly recommended!

We been to Dubai a few occasions but this was the most memorable. The services at the hotel are fantastic from Derek at bags handling to Lily at the breakfast Restaurant. The meals were perfect and good variety ,room service was very prompt. Cleaning staff, very respectful and willing to help and please the guests.

Every single staff member made us feel so welcomed and cared for. A special shoutout to bellman Simpo, who made our honeymoon extra special 🥹 He was always so friendly, chatting with us and making us feel at home. When he found out we were on our honeymoon, he even surprised us with thoughtful gifts & a handwritten note, such a sweet gesture we’ll never forget! He also patiently helped us with directions whenever we needed. We also want to thank Jayamuthu at the front desk, who has been incredibly kind and patient throughout our stay. Always greeting us with the warmest smile every time we left or returned, it really made a difference in our experience. Honestly, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations.
