We had a wonderful stay and were accommodated in the Deluxe Corner Suite which was spacious comfortable and had lovely views. The room service was exceptional and the food was always delivered fresh and hot. We opted for the half board package and both the breakfast and dinner spreads were excellent with a wide variety of options although there is some room to further improve the dessert selection. The staff were warm welcoming and always smiling and greeting us. A special mention for the thoughtful gesture of gifting our 6month baby a sweet camel soft toy which was truly appreciated. While the hotel is not within walking distance of Dubai Mall the location is still very convenient. Taxis are always easily available and the hotel also provides a complimentary hourly shuttle service to downtown. Overall it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our stay.

I have had a very comfortable stay here so far and the service in particular has been outstanding. Rajesh A has cleaned my room impeccably every day. And I must shout out to Vishal from room service who has been exceptionally kind. One evening while bringing me my meal he noticed I was ill with a bad cold and immediately offered to bring me hot water with ginger and lemon, to help. It worked great. His kindness and thoughtfulness is a credit to the hotel and I hope he is appreciated for his excellent service

Had a 4 night stay there with my family of 3 on vacation. I must say that the service was impeccable in all departments. From exiting the taxi, to staff in the lobby area, to staff at the lifts to cleaning service, room service, breakfast restaurant, allof the staff were extremely helpful and obliging. The rooms are large with huge bathroom. Definitely a 5 star experience and worth the price I paid. I would definitely return. About 10 minutes away from Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall

My family and I just completed a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in Dubai! The service staff were impeccable! The service started once we stepped out of the cab, and Jamil (who was in front) made sure we were well taken care off. He was a friendly face throughout our stay and definitely made the stay feel more personal! Whenever we met him at the lobby or in front, he was always available for any questions and any help we needed! Truly amazing service :) The housekeeping staff were also very prompt and any messages I sent was answered very promptly, truly appreciated! Also spent some time by the pool one evening and the pool and restaurant staff by the pool worked as a great team together ensuring we were comfortable during our stay. As we were departing, we were once again reminded of the amazing service by the team in the front! A truly commendable experience! Thanks Jamil and the other staff at JW Marriott for making the stay such a comfortable and memorable one.

I recently had a quick vacation trip and chose the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. It was a fantastic choice. The hotel offered some really nice views of the city skyline, which was a great bonus. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. From the moment I checked in, the front desk team was incredibly friendly, and the housekeeping service was always prompt and professional. Everyone made me feel welcome the whole time I was there. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a stay in Dubai.
