had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Doorman Maung for his warm welcome, kindness, and excellent assistance throughout my stay. His professionalism and positive attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We celebrated our wedding here, and the experience was incredible. The team assisted us every step of the way, and they even provided valet parking, which made everything hassle-free. Food tasting was included, and the location is superb. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. After the wedding, they surprised us by beautifully decorating our room with roses and flower petals, giving us a perfect place to relax and unwind. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend this venue!

This hotel is good for business travelers or for a short stay. The Saray spa was the highlight for us. Great massage and fantastic facility. Carry a swimwear if you intend to use their steam and sauna rooms. Keep atleast 30 mins extra after the massage to truly enjoy the experience. We chose this hotel for our anniversary and were disappointed as they didnt do anything special. Considering the high standards of hotels in Dubai, this is a let down. Other Mariott properties are well ahead in this game The housekeeping didnt turn up the second day despite our requests. VNTG is a great place to try wines and chees. Not many such places in Dubai. Btw, this should be included in the 30% discount for deals for Mariott members. The property is huge and have plenty of elevators ( very important as the hotel is high rise ). The breakfast is decent spread- they make fresh Indian dishes which are well done.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and had a mixed experience. While the hotel met basic expectations, it didn't quite live up to the luxury standards I associate with the JW Marriott brand. The service was average rather than exceptional. On both arrival and departure, no one assisted with collecting or handling our luggage. There was also no introduction or explanation of the room or its facilities during check-in, which made the experience feel less welcoming. The room itself was quite basic, with a pale atmosphere that lacked the fresh, premium feel expected from a five-star hotel. Even the master remote control felt cheap and out of place for a property of this caliber. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly Kitchen6. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes, and the staff were professional, attentive, and very well organized. They truly made our dining experience memorable. Overall, I would rate the hotel as average. While it is a good property, there is significant room for improvement in guest service, room presentation, and attention to detail. Kitchen6 was the standout and deserves special recognition.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. A special shoutout to Ms. M from Uganda for her incredible hospitality—her genuine warmth, generosity, and professional service truly made our stay unforgettable. Our room was spotless, the food was delicious (a big hit with the kids!), and the Lounge is quiet and relaxing. Super excited for the upcoming match nights at Bridgewater and the new sushi roll counter coming soon! We will definitely be back.
