Our stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable — everything you’d expect from a luxury hotel. What truly stood out, though, was the room cleaning service. A special mention to Spanthosa, who did an exceptional job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. His attention to detail and professionalism made a big difference and made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch service.

Everything was perfect. It was the most wonderful hotel I've ever stayed in, and I plan to return in the future. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The view from the room is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean. The enormous marble bathtub made a huge impression on me. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel with a lovely view. The room has a view of the mainland and the sea. While the palm side had a nice pool and a clean beach sandwich area. The room was decorated well in the Ottoman style. The bathroom looked amazing with an extra large marble bath. It was clearly in need of bringing up to date with some modcons, which I believe they were currently in the process of doing. The breakfast area was well supplied and had food from multiple regions. Had dinner there the night before, it all looked lovely. But the Indian restaurant was closed on the Monday. If you go, book the Spa it was great.

Beautiful hotel on the palm with great service, excellent food and comfortable facilities. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet with global varieties covering all guests needs. The quality of the breakfast is excellent. The main pool is nice and large enough to accommodate guests although securing a lounger can be difficult at times. The pool for villa residence is also very good although can feel cold at times compared to the main pool. The spa facilities are of high quality including a unique snow room. The spa facilities are complimentary for hotel guests and would recommend using these facilities if you can. The gym although small is equipped with cardio and weight resistance machines which are modern and afford a good workout. Shisha is available at the Sultan lounge and Zenzi beach. The only gripe is that mosquitos are abundant in this resort resulting in frequent bites that I have not encountered staying at other hotels on the palm. A great hotel which I would stay at again.

We visited Jumeirah Zabeel Saray to see a show under the rain, and it was absolutely worth it. The palace itself is breathtaking — the architecture and interior details are truly magnificent, like stepping into a work of art. The atmosphere feels luxurious and grand, and the staff maintain the place beautifully. However, the variety of restaurants and dining options is quite limited, which is disappointing for such a stunning venue. Still, it’s a remarkable place to visit, and I’d highly recommend experiencing its charm at least once.
