This is our first visit back since 2013 and honestly we weren't disappointed. The hotel is a mix of Arabic and contemporary vibes, rooms are spacious and well stocked. We had a few issues with room location but Aleksandra was an absolute dream to deal with. From finding us the perfect room, to helping with the stay, she made it one not to forget. The kids loved it and honestly even though there were a few issues (wild wadi closed and only al a carte restaurant options for dinner) this was not due to the hotel itself but outside issues. Aleksandra went above and beyond her remit to ensure our trip was not spoiled. Aziz at the front desk was also great. He was polite and always friendly to us all, always taking time to interact with the children and make sure they were always happy.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated how the team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The whole resort is so beautiful and peaceful that will make you relax. Housekeeping did a great job, ensuring everything stayed clean and organized. What really stood out was the level of service — every staff member I interacted with was professional, polite, and eager to help. Whether it was assisting with my requests or offering recommendations, they consistently exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing stay. Worth every penny you will spend, I will definitely be coming back!

I attended a wedding at Mina A’Salam, Jumeirah, and it was a wonderful experience. The venue is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture, elegant surroundings, and a perfect atmosphere for special occasions. The service was excellent, the staff were professional and attentive, and every detail was well organized. The views, ambience, and overall hospitality made the event truly memorable. A fantastic choice for weddings and special celebrations.

I'd like to share my honest opinion about my stay at Mina Al Salam. To start with, I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the breakfast area, which was elegant and well maintained. The food was fresh and delicious, and the coffee was served in beautiful porcelain cups. The waiters were polite, friendly, and welcoming. Another highlight was the beach, which was very clean and well kept, and the staff there were also helpful. I also liked the hotel lobby, which was elegant and luxurious. However, every positive had its downside. I arrived late at night, and there was no hot water, so taking a shower was extremely uncomfortable. There also seemed to be some organizational issues among the staff. We ordered an ice bucket, waited quite a while for it, and then, about half an hour later, another bucket was delivered unnecessarily. Another drawback was the noisy maintenance work early in the morning and late at night, which was a major inconvenience. Last but not least, I was disappointed with the view. I had booked a room with an ocean view, but the room only offered a partial ocean view. For these reasons, I probably won't choose Mina Al Salam again.

Outstanding Stay at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam An exceptional hotel with beautiful Arabian-inspired architecture, outstanding service, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, the food is excellent, and every staff member makes you feel genuinely welcome. The location, beach access, and views of the Burj Al Arab make the experience even more special. A perfect destination for a luxurious and memorable stay. Highly recommended!
