Al Qasr is, without a doubt, the best hotel in Jumeirah in my opinion. Everything about this hotel feels exceptional. The atmosphere is peaceful, quiet and incredibly relaxing — exactly what you want from a luxury resort in Dubai. Even when the hotel is busy, it never feels chaotic or overcrowded. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone is extremely professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The level of service is outstanding — requests are handled quickly, everything is taken care of, and you truly feel looked after throughout your stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant and very well maintained. The grounds, beach and overall atmosphere make it a place where you can completely switch off and enjoy your holiday. I have stayed at many hotels in Dubai, but Al Qasr remains my favourite in Jumeirah. It is one of those rare hotels where the location, atmosphere, staff and quality of service all come together perfectly. An excellent experience from beginning to end. 10/10 and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

This is one of the best hotels you can stay at. The atmosphere is incredibly calm and relaxing, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The swimming pool is amazing — it’s large, very clean, and surrounded by beautiful trees and lovely views, which makes it feel even more peaceful and enjoyable. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options — I especially loved the pancakes. One of the highlights is the occasional complimentary buggy access to Wild Wadi, which adds a fun and unique touch to the experience. You also have direct access to both the beach and the pool, which makes your stay even more enjoyable. The views from the rooms are stunning, and the location is ideal — within walking distance of Souk Madinat and Burj Al Arab, making it easy to explore and truly enjoy your time. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay.

I have been there for The Balloons 🎈Amazing experience where its super unique. Very well organized and great selection of food. They edited the menu for us as we have allergies. Foods tasted delicious and service is super great. I would like to thanks Rohim for making the day special as I was celebrating my birthday and they got me cake which I didn't expect 🥰 weather was soo great and we took so many pictures. I love to go back 🤍

To be honest, I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I visited one of its restaurants and was absolutely blown away. The hotel is incredibly luxurious—truly grand and opulent. The design reflects a sophisticated palace style that exudes royalty and elegance. It is worth visiting just to admire the architecture and the high-end atmosphere. Since I haven't stayed overnight, I cannot rate the rooms or hotel services, but the place itself is 10/10 for luxury.

Booked via Amex FHR, 5 nights. Valet was great. One of the front desk guys was genuinely helpful and resolved an Amex credit misunderstanding quickly and professionally. The room itself was the main problem. Heavy, humid air, uncomfortable to breathe. We changed rooms and it was the same. AC on nonstop, still felt stale. The way the “upgrade” was communicated was off. We were told multiple times that we were being upgraded, but it was the same room category with a different view. When I pointed that out, the response shifted to “what were you expecting, two categories higher?” That tone was unnecessary. If it’s a room move, just call it that. Check-in also didn’t start well. Instead of a smooth welcome, the first interaction was questioning whether my family was even allowed to stay because of the number of kids. Not a great first impression, especially before walking into a room with clear comfort issues. Breakfast was crowded and loud. Coffee wasn’t good. We used it once. The property looks nice and some staff were genuinely good. But communication, especially at the front desk, felt awkward and poorly handled. For the price and positioning, the basics didn’t land. I wouldn’t return unless those improve.
