  • Allows guests - Access to Dubai Parks and Resorts once per stay, per guest. Children under 3 will have free access. Booked via Amex FHR, 5 nights. Valet was great. One of the front desk guys was genuinely helpful and resolved an Amex credit misunderstanding quickly and professionally. The room itself was the main problem. Heavy, humid air, uncomfortable to breathe. We changed rooms and it was the same. AC on nonstop, still felt stale. The way the “upgrade” was communicated was off. We were told multiple times that we were being upgraded, but it was the same room category with a different view. When I pointed that out, the response shifted to “what were you expecting, two categories higher?” That tone was unnecessary. If it’s a room move, just call it that. Check-in also didn’t start well. Instead of a smooth welcome, the first interaction was questioning whether my family was even allowed to stay because of the number of kids. Not a great first impression, especially before walking into a room with clear comfort issues. Breakfast was crowded and loud. Coffee wasn’t good. We used it once. The property looks nice and some staff were genuinely good. But communication, especially at the front desk, felt awkward and poorly handled. For the price and positioning, the basics didn’t land. I wouldn’t return unless those improve.

We stayed here for two days and it was overall a lovely experience. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the hotel has a ton of amenities and fun things to do, and the staff/room service are very friendly. There’s a ton of restaurants in the hotel area which are all easily accessible via the complementary boat rides (if I’m not mistaken they’re called “abra” but I’m not sure). The palm island is also within driving distance of the hotel so visits to the view and Atlantis are pretty convenient :) The hotel atmosphere is very nice - it’s lively but not too rowdy so you could feel a sort of immersion. Not to mention how nice the staff are! Really welcoming and respectful, and helped us out with anything we needed. Overall a more than solid experience. Would stay again!!

Our room was very elegant, we were welcome with Dubai chocolates, bowl of fruits and cute camel plushies for our kids! ♥️ The view from the hotel and around the resort was breathtaking!💕 I especially love our view from Pierchic😍 The water was so clear on the beach, I can see fishes swimming from the ONDA bridge! We had our first dinner at Laparrilla, the journey from Al-Qasr to Jumeirah beach hotel at night was just a breath of fresh air. Very romantic scenery everywhere. So many good restaurants with beautiful views next to the Arabian Sea, definitely would stay here again! 😁 The only hiccup was when we checkout, the receptionist didn’t take her time to explain thoroughly additional charges made, I assumed she was new, but other than that, a great hotel and experience for me and my family, Syukur Alhamdulillah 🥰

I had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Al Qasr — from start to finish the service, atmosphere, and people were truly excellent. A special mention to Adil, who looked after us during the day and was absolutely fantastic: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. His professionalism and kindness really enhanced our experience. I would also like to sincerely thank Irene, who handled a pre-arrival issue with my reservation. She took a fair and thoughtful approach, honoured the original agreed price, and resolved the matter with great professionalism. Her support set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic stay. This level of service is exactly why Jumeirah is so highly respected. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend!

The Palace Lounge was once again outstanding, with such warm and welcoming staff. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team there. Even at check-out, the service was exceptionally friendly – a special thanks to Ms. Oulaia Ghidaoui for her wonderful care! If we ever return to Dubai for a beach holiday, Jumeirah Al Qasr will definitely be our first choice.
