Our stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. The location of our rooms was perfect – we were very close to the sea, which was a big plus for us. The service at all the bars and restaurants was excellent, and we were especially impressed with the à la carte restaurant. The staff there were very kind, attentive and genuinely made an effort to ensure that guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. Our rooms were cleaned daily, always on time and very thoroughly. Overall, we were very happy with the level of service and organization throughout the hotel. During our stay, we had a small misunderstanding with the hotel photographers. We had made an arrangement in advance, but the following day things did not go as we had agreed. However, thanks to the kind and professional assistance of Mahmoud from the Front Office, everything was resolved by the very next day. A very special thank you to Mahmoud! From the moment we arrived and throughout our entire stay, he was always there to assist us and helped resolve every issue we encountered. He is an exceptional professional – helpful, attentive and someone who truly knows how to do his job perfectly. We really appreciate his kindness and all the help he gave us during our stay! We would also like to give a special thank you to Fatma from the lobby bar, who worked the afternoon shifts. She was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, and is exactly the kind of person who makes guests feel genuinely welcome. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and especially with the wonderful attitude of the staff. Thank you for making our holiday such a lovely experience!

They are absolutely amazing — very friendly, energetic, funny, and always ready to make the guests happy. They really make the atmosphere at the hotel special and make the holiday even more enjoyable! 👏❤️ The room is clean and comfortable, the food is delicious with plenty of choices, and the sea is simply beautiful. It was truly the best holiday I’ve ever had. The all-inclusive package exceeded every expectation—delicious food, great drinks, and an incredible garden-view room with an unbelievably comfortable bed. Every day, housekeeping surprised us with beautiful bed decorations, and even the scent throughout the resort was unforgettable. The entire property was spotless: floors, tables, pools, chairs—everything was impeccably maintained. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The WiFi was also really good, which made the stay even more convenient. I felt completely safe at all times; it’s by far the most secure place I’ve ever visited. I would’ve been even more satisfied if the showers had been taken care of with the same attention as the rest of the facilities, but overall it was an exceptional experience. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.
