For affected reservations booked prior to 13th May 2026, we are pleased to offer an alternative stay at JA Beach Hotel, located within JA’s award-winning beachfront destination in Jebel Ali. JA Beach Hotel offers direct access to a private beach, a vibrant resort environment, and a wide range of leisure, dining, and family-friendly experiences.

All existing bookings made prior to 13th May 2026 will be fully honored at the same rate, with all confirmed booking terms and benefits remaining unchanged. Guests will also have the option to cancel arrangements.

We came 11 days me , my husband and my 2 kids. Everything was extremly good, the beakfast, the restaurants, the cleaning and also the facilities. The hotel has a really good location close by everything supermaket, restaurant, at 2 min from the beach.The kids club was closed unfortunatly because of the lack of tourist nowadays and also the greek restaurant. We have tested the massage at the spa. It was ok. The pool was under supervision which is confortable when we want to sleep at the beach. Despite the few things closed we did not have difficulties to keep the kids busy because there was a lot of things to do all around. Maybe it would be better to let allow 30 min padel per day instead of 30 min per stay. We have find the cleaning clothes really expansive as we paid 1116 dhr for 2 bags of clothes. The wifi was really good because we had to do a webinar during our stay and we had a good connexion from our room.

Overall: Good stay with a perfect location ​Pros: Amazing location in the heart of Dubai, friendly staff, clean rooms, and fast room service. The cheese and fruits are tasty. ​Cons: Average breakfast (omelets and pastries could be better). The pool is small and shallow. ​Note: The beach is a 2-minute walk, but there are no chairs—the hotel only provides umbrellas. Special thanks to Ms. Wissal in the reception for her professionalism and Mr. Htut for his kindness!

This hotel has one of the best locations you can ask for. It’s perfectly situated between JBR and Dubai Marina, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The area feels very comfortable and familiar, almost like being in a Western city. The staff were very friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised when we received a room upgrade. Our room service attendant, Mamun, was especially attentive and helpful. He answered many of our questions about local places and always cleaned our room very thoroughly and with great care. I also want to give a shoutout to the Aqua restaurant for breakfast. While a few of the waiters had a bit of a negative attitude, others were very kind, and the breakfast selection itself was excellent. The hotel also provides beach umbrellas and towels for the beach and pool, which was very convenient. The sauna and steam rooms were included as well, which was nice, although they weren’t available 24 hours and had separate time slots for men and women. Despite the positives, there were a few downsides. The “king-size” bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, which was quite annoying since it essentially felt like two separate beds. Every day the housekeeping staff had to push them back together. For a room that costs over $200 a night, the interior also felt a bit old and dated. Overall, the location and service were great, but the rooms could definitely use some updating.

We celebrated our daughters birthday on the weekend of 8th May upto 10th May 2926. The front office staff, Ms. Wissal, Mr. Tun, the breakfast restaurant Aqua, the Lounge - Il Moto, all their staff were absolutely brilliant in terms of service, assistance and food. It was our second time at this property. Highly recommended. It was fantastic in every way.

We celebrated my mother’s birthday in this hotel last month. It was nice, but I would like one improvement for the restaurant and the swimming pool. For the restaurant, I hope the food comes along with the Drinks. It’s OK just water Because the water is too expensive like who wants to pay 29 dirhams for water. As for the pool, can you please add a Jacuzzi because it’s so relaxing it could make the hotel experience better. For the breakfast, it’s perfect So the breakfast it’s perfect the way it is. I’m gonna come back here if I go to DUBAI again it’s very very nice obviously Five stars! I could live in this hotel
