Third time here. I have to say the breakfast is wonderful especially the egg selection. Lunch and dinner are nice too. Meeting rooms are excellent for team sessions, with a wonderful spread of snacks during break time. Easy to access, comfortable, and also included with a high tech board making it easy to navigate. Facilitator Mr Hilal is excellent in attending to our needs during the sessions and highlighting his efforts making the whole session smooth sailing and comfortable for us hence making this hotel a location of our choice every time we wish to have presentations. Rooms are moderate, equipped with necessities. Good for business setting not so much for families. Location is excellent as you have plenty of things to do around the beach and the marina with an excellent view as well.

Five star hotel in the heart of the Marina. Outstanding service , food , drinks , facilities and room. We had a room with a balcony facing the Marina which was lovely to sit out and watch the boats go by. The club lounge access is fabulous, comes with breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks and canapés in the evening. The staff in this lounge could not have been more friendly, welcoming and attentive to every detail , they made our stay extra special and would like to thank and complement all of this team who should be named: Sanjay, Divine, Asmita and Sintya. Thank you, you provided exceptional service! Thanks to the club lounge experience we would come back in a heartbeat! It was my birthday while we stayed and I had a cake sent to my room , so thoughtful and I felt valued as a long tenure IHG member. The location of this hotel is perfect for walking to JBR beach , the Marina Mall and the Marina plaza , highly recommend this hotel!!

Dear all the staff of InterContinental We have used this hotel twice. When we went there for the first time, we liked the atmosphere of the hotel, such as the staff's response, room, breakfast, and pool, so we chose this place again this time. The reception staff, the boy staff at the front, the cleaner, the restaurant, and the pool staff were all wonderful and greeted us with a beautiful smile every day. David, who cleaned the room every day, made the room perfectly clean. We would like to express our gratitude to all the staff. Also, the next time we visit Dubai, we will stay here and ride our favourite Ferrari . From Room 2305 Marcus and Akiko
