The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are maintained to the highest standards. The housekeeping service is truly outstanding the team is always helpful and attentive. Every time I leave the room and return, I find it perfectly cleaned and well organized, sometimes even twice or more times a day. I have never experienced such a high level of service and attention to detail. Special thanks to Dinesh and Salman for their professionalism and excellent service. Their dedication truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the check-in and check-out experience with Mr. Amir from Egypt was seamless and welcoming. A special mention also goes to the Lebanese lady at the front desk whose kindness and professionalism stood out, even though I didn’t catch her name. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with great amenities. Breakfast was excellent—everything was thoughtfully covered with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. Overall, a wonderful experience that made my trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Incredible hotel, amazing stay I have here! The hotel is located in Dubai Festival City, very strategic and so close to many malls, ocean view and many interesting attractions, like the biggest library in the world and more. The hotel is 5 stars and it lives to the international standards when it comes to services and facilities. The hotel is accessible and it provides ramps, flat surfaces and space, as well as facilities that help those using wheelchairs ♿️✅ My room is very spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows, and lovely linens. I always appreciate high quality mattress as it helps me get good, restful sleep. It has complete amenities in the bath room and I do enjoy the collection they use from Byredo. I appreciate as well the welcome gifts received from IHG, love the honey and the cookies. They have Michellin - star restaurant, great breakfast with so many interesting choices, international as well local cuisines. I love them all as they are halal and tasty as well. They have Middle Eastern, Indian, and Japanese food as well. The juices are fresh and healthy and I love their hot chocolate as well. Thanks to Ajay, the staff who was responsible for my room, my stay is very comfortable and more enjoyable.

Hotel is top class and the food at breakfast was excellent. With the Mall right next door and many restaurants to choose from, finding a meal to suite your budget was easy. Special mention must be given to all the hotel staff, who provided very good service with such friendliness. Rizwann was attending to cleaning our room every day. He was so polite, meticulous and like all the staff we encountered, everything was done with a such big smile and such enthusiasm! Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your hotel.

The location of the hotel is great! You can go to the Dubai Festival City Mall directly from the hotel (without going out), and take a walk on the Marsa Boulevard at the sunset, very convenient location! The Dubai Festival City Marine Transport Station is just in front of the hotel so you can easily go to Dubai Downtown. The hotel itself is perfectly maintained, spotlessly clean, guest room is very spacious and comfortable: The staff is very helpful and professional, our family had a great stay!
