The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are maintained to the highest standards. The housekeeping service is truly outstanding the team is always helpful and attentive. Every time I leave the room and return, I find it perfectly cleaned and well organized, sometimes even twice or more times a day. I have never experienced such a high level of service and attention to detail. Special thanks to Dinesh and Salman for their professionalism and excellent service. Their dedication truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

Local experience

My experience at the InterContinental started off quite poorly. The room was very hot, and the staff had to come repeatedly to fix different issues in the room. There were problems with the air conditioning, the telephone, and even some electrical switches. Honestly, Room 1526 was a complete disaster at first. However, Mr. Mohammed Mofeed stepped in and completely changed the situation. He was professional, polite, and very helpful. He arranged for us to move to another room, and his excellent attitude and customer service made all the difference. He is the main reason I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future. I would like to sincerely thank him for his outstanding support and kindness. I stayed for two nights and truly enjoyed my stay after the room change. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. Thank you, Mohammed Mofeed, for your exceptional service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

He always treated guests with great courtesy and was extremely helpful whenever needed. I would also like to recognize Adeel from Housekeeping for his excellent work. He is hardworking, attentive, and ensures everything is kept clean and organized. His friendly behavior and positive attitude make a big difference and create a very welcoming environment. I had another wonderful stay at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City, which remains one of my favorite hotels in Dubai. The hotel consistently delivers an outstanding experience, with excellent facilities, a great atmosphere, and exceptional attention to detail. One thing that stood out during my stay was the cleanliness of the room. Everything was spotless and maintained to the highest standard, making my stay extremely comfortable. I would also like to give special recognition to Goman Dinesh from the Housekeeping team. His service was truly excellent, and his professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. Goman, well done and thank you for your hard work. It is because of employees like you, who perform their duties with such care and commitment, that this hotel continues to maintain such high standards. The InterContinental has always been known for having some of the best staff, and Goman is a perfect example of that. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable stay.
