Great stay from start to finish. The entrance hall is super impressive and has beautiful decorations with very high ceilings. The rooms are spacious and have all needed amenities. I really liked the bathtub with the views out of the window and the bathroom area generally speaking. The little lounge couch in the room is super relaxing and invites to read while looking out of the window. The breakfast offers a lot of variety of food. However, I have to say inside it is very noisy and gives a bit of a canteen vibe but I sat outside for breakfast with views over the water and it was stunning. Generally breakfast is very busy inside. The hotel has a decent gym but could have a bit more equipment but there is a trainer 24/7 and they were all super kind and helpful. The pool is very nice and has a nice infinity kind of like pool. Overall I did not experience the spa but it looked very nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel as it is Lao super convenient as it has direct access into the mall which enabled quick and hassle free shopping especially in the morning hours when it just opened.

A superb hotel that really delivers beyond expectations for its guests. Hamza, Yanky and Pan and all the Club Lounge staff have been outstanding! The housekeeping staff including Mohan and Mozammr have been diligent and efficient, delivering an excellent consistent service. A great stay, in a super location (a real bonus with hotel linked to the DFC mall) made for a memorable experience. Dubai has many hotels, but the personal attentiveness offered by DFC Intercontinental, and preemptive approach to anticipate guest’s needs sets it apart from all the other hotels. Our Signature suite overlooked the Creek view and had a full cityscape including Burj Khalifa. Our room’s location provided excellent views of the stunning IMAGINE fountain show, and the Festive shows and concerts including nightly fireworks were incredible to watch. The leisure facilities including the well-stocked gym and the lovely pool area, together with the excellent conscientious staff, ensured our stay was truly special one. A highly recommended hotel.

One of the best hotels in Dubai. Check-in and check-out were very quick and professional – special thanks to Georgina. The entire staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The pool area is fantastic, and we were especially well taken care of by Tushara, Innocent, and Mahesh. The lounge on the 26th floor is excellent, offering a great breakfast, a relaxing afternoon tea, and delicious evening snacks and drinks. A big thank-you to the lounge team, especially Yankee, Ali, and Allen. The rooms are comfortable and spacious – overall, a truly enjoyable stay
