First time in Crete and the hotel was lovely. We came here for 1 year wedding anniversary and the hotel staff went above and beyond. The cake and champagne was ready for us when we had arrived to the resort. 🥂🎂 The rooms are all modern and really clean! All staff were lovely and friendly! The location of the hotel / resort is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing and tranquil place. Beautiful sunset here too and beaches. The food had good selection as we went all inclusive. On Friday there were BBQ pork ribs which was 10/10! 😍 There were live sports on every night to catch up on World Cup and to watch. If you love meat BBQ - book the restaurant on your 1st night about 2 days in advanced and book it early (7pm)so everything is fresh!! 🍖🥩 Would recommend the resort to anyone! 😊

For more than 10 years, my family and I have chosen this hotel for our vacations, and there is a very good reason why we always come back. Every stay reminds us that we made the right choice. The location is simply perfect, with beautiful beaches, crystal-clear bays, and a large, well-maintained area that offers both lively entertainment and peaceful places to relax. Whether you are looking for activities or complete privacy, this hotel has it all. The staff is incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality makes us feel at home every single time. The food is consistently delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. What impresses us year after year is that the hotel never stands still. The entertainment team always prepares amazing programs and shows, there are new events to enjoy, and the hotel continuously improves its gardens, outdoor areas, and rooms. It is wonderful to see how much effort is invested in making every season even better than the last. We always leave feeling truly relaxed, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit. This hotel has become a special place for our family, and we cannot imagine spending our holidays anywhere else. We arrived at the hotel with a family of 14 in seperate rooms and the rooms were nice the only thing I would say about rooms and cards is that there is only 1 room card so you don't have a spare. The view was really nice especially at sunset. You have to walk a moderate distance to go to the beach and there is not much sand on the beach mostly big rocks. In the nearby sister hotel there was a third party water sports which I liked,I tried the canoeing. The only thing i would say is that the bananna boat is a touch overpriced being 15 euros each. The anamation team was really nice and there are seperate age groups, Monkey camp 4-7,Dolphin camp 8-12 with kai and zoi(they are nice and funny) and the adults. They have a 1 week theatre schedule and we were they for longer than a week so we didn't want to watch the same thing. For some of the shows it says its a fire show but it was mostly dances but the best of the best was funny. Food wise there could have been more options and bring more foods such as the steak bake and hast brown from uk. They mostly target uk and german audicences. There are 2 freshwater pools the rest are salt which annoyed me because I had to go to the water park or "Luxury pool" as I call it . Saying that the "Luxury pool" had proper sunbeads and gazeboes and an infinity pool. The "Luxury pool" is the one at the other end of the hotel near the metal fence opposite side of the sister hotel. There is a gym and a spa and the massages are a bit overprices at 120 euros each. There is a donut shack and we loved that (its a coffee shop but we got donuts there) and since we had a big family we were able to get 10 donuts! My Review of Iberostar Waves Creta Panorama & Mare I recently returned from a 12-day vacation at this hotel. This is my second year in a row staying here, and I want to share an honest review from the perspective of an 18-year-old traveling with his parents. The Good: Renovated Rooms: The room updates are great. Last year, we had to use heavy, uncomfortable metal keys. Now, the hotel has switched to key cards, which is much more convenient. Staff & Entertainment: The staff is friendly, and the animation team does a great job with interesting shows. Customer Service: Management really cares about feedback. After a previous minor issue, the hotel manager contacted me the very next day to discuss it. As an apology, she offered a free late check-out, an extra dinner at an a-la-carte restaurant, and some branded gifts (a bag and a beach towel). I really appreciate this level of service. The Bad: No Nightlife: The biggest downside for me is the lack of evening entertainment for young adults. The nightclub is closed, and there is almost nothing to do at night. Everyone just goes to sleep, which is pretty boring. Balcony Door Hazard: The new balcony doors in the renovated rooms can be tricky. I went out to the balcony, didn't set the handle perfectly, and the door locked behind me. If I hadn't taken my phone with me, I would have been completely stuck and would have had to yell for help across the hotel. This is a real safety hazard, especially for children. Restaurant Hygiene Issue: While I liked the a-la-carte restaurants, I had an unpleasant incident in one of them. I left my table to get some food, and a cat jumped onto my chair and started eating from my plate. The staff didn't even notice; I only found out because the people at the next table told me. This is unacceptable, as it could cause hygiene issues or trigger severe pet allergies. Unqualified Bartenders: The bartenders need better training. I asked for a very common, world-famous classic cocktail, and they didn't know how to make it. It feels like the drinks are just mixed by machines without any human touch or bartender skills. Conclusion: Overall, the hotel is clean and looks good. However, because of the lack of nightlife, the incident with the cat, and the weak bar service, I am giving it a solid 4 stars. To become a true 5-star resort, they need to add real nighttime entertainment and train their bar staff properly.

We really enjoyed this hotel! I recommend booking one of the better rooms, we stayed in bungalow 2110 and it was perfect. Large, quiet, new and had the most amazing view and terrace. It was a shared pool which I think is better than the private pools - the private pools are small! Housekeeping were EXCELLENT! The hotel is immaculate and the gardens are beautiful. Service is ok... The A la Carte Italian and Zorbas the service was slow and disorganised. The buffets are varied but done quality is varied.
