The hotel had a lot of improvement to do, but I would like to mention Natalia from the Guest Relations that made the experience better from the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, professional and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect, always greeting us with a genuine smile and a willingness to help. She handled every request promptly and made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay!

Review: Porto Greco Village Hotel, Crete We stayed at the Porto Greco Village Hotel in Crete and unfortunately left quite disappointed, especially considering the high expectations we had for an All Inclusive holiday. The biggest issue for us was the understanding of “All Inclusive”. In our experience in Turkey, All Inclusive really meant that almost everything was covered – from facilities to beach services. Here, however, it felt like we had to pay extra for nearly everything. The sauna was not included, using the small play hall cost extra, and even the sunbeds at the hotel’s beach were not free. After paying a significant amount for the package, we found it very frustrating to keep reaching for our wallet for things that should logically be part of the All Inclusive concept. On top of that, there were some maintenance problems in our room. The bed was broken and the entrance door to the house/unit was also damaged, which affected our comfort during the stay. On the positive side, the staff were generally friendly and helpful, which was one of the few redeeming aspects of our holiday. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a proper, carefree All Inclusive experience like in other popular destinations. The beautiful location in Crete couldn’t quite make up for the constant extra charges and the maintenance issues. We expected much more for the price we paid.

I’ll share here about not the best rest in my life. And I’m calling a spade a spade here. First of all I’d like to thanks Natalia , the manager, she is very polite and professional employee, she’ll kindly help you out with your issues. 🤝 So It’s not 4 stars hotel, the max rate is 2.5 stars. Very old rooms, very poor service. In general, all the furniture in the room is damaged, you might find someone’s hair on the blanket as we found 😂, and the shower is moldy. I paid 700€ extra to move to a cleaner and better conditions. The food is the same every day, nothing changes , maybe some fruits and cakes. (Actually that’s the tastiest part of all food) All staff that called “ALL INCLUSIVE” are low quality drinks, coffee and alcohol. If you want really good beer or coffee you are supposed to buy it somewhere outside this hotel. The beaches are not good as well. You can’t just take your towel and lay down on the beach, because it’s already full of lounges. The price of lounge per day is unpleasantly impressed min 50€ PER DAY for 2 people. 🤯 We were riding to different really beautiful beaches in Crete , and we didn’t see so expensive prices for lounges like in this hotel. The cleaning in our room is another story 😂 I was complaining about the bad cleaning service in our room, they apologised and next time they done the same bad cleaning 😂🤦‍♂️ If you want to have really a good holiday in Crete, an stress-free vacation, good service and other benefits - you’re better off finding another hotel. I won’t attach photos, just so I don't make this review even worse 😂

where do i even start with the so called ‘beach hotel’! Firstly, the food is repetitive and bland, your better off going somewhere with non all inclusive and exploring the restaurants nearby which are 10 times better. The room in the photos appears to look modern, clean and polished. However, the room is dull and looks unfinished and old, and nothing like the pictures which is a reason we booked this hotel. Also the location of the room made it so we had to walk through a restaurant every time which was awkward especially after coming back from the beach. There is also a lack of amenities in the rooms which adds to the disappointment of this hotel. This hotel claims to be a Beach Hotel, but i’ve never heard anything so untrue. There is small beach located at the bottom of the hotel. However the sun-beds are not part of the all inclusive so you have to pay an extra €25 per sunbed. When we bought this up, the worker told us to lay our towels on the floor. This is ridiculous considering you claim to be a beach hotel but have to pay such amounts to get a sunbed! You’re better off finding a beach elsewhere, or going to the silver beach hotel next door where you only pay €10. As part of the all inclusive, pool snacks are allocated at certain times. But there is no variety and i wouldn’t really call them snacks, just some cakes. Overall, I’d say save your money and choose elsewhere. The only props i can give to this hotel is the location, but nothing else. Please just go find a hotel along the same road, where you will have a better time.
