A fantastic vacation from start to finish, beautiful sea views, beautiful fresh food available all day around. We had an all inclusive package holiday and loved every second of our stay. All the staff were here for us, welcoming and helpful, and Toto our head of entertainment was absolutely fab! 10/10 recommended

. I am currently staying at this hotel, and I am really enjoying my time here. It is very peaceful, and the staff make a real effort to organize activities and entertainment, although things do not always go as planned. However, you can clearly see that everyone is genuinely doing their best, and that effort is truly appreciated. The staff are incredibly friendly. From Janis, who works at the pool bar and is a very kind and cheerful guy, to George, who works behind the lobby bar in the evenings and always makes sure everyone has a great time. George is a hardworking, friendly man who takes the time to have a pleasant chat with every guest, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

This was my first solo trip, and honestly, it’s been the best holiday I’ve ever been on. The hotel is in an amazing location, the atmosphere was so welcoming, and I ended up making so many great friends during my stay. Every member of staff was incredible and truly made the experience unforgettable. A special mention has to go to George at the bar , he was absolutely exceptional. He was so attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. He also gave me so many fantastic recommendations for places to visit, which made my trip even better. His service was efficient, personable, and genuinely one of the highlights of my stay. It’s rare to come across someone as naturally talented at hospitality as George. I honestly thought he was the manager because of how professional, confident, and capable he was. He is a huge asset to the hotel and truly deserves recognition, and definitely a promotion!

Lovely village type set up in this secluded cove. We were half board which was more than adequate. Apartment was typically Cretan, basic but perfectly adequate. It had a stunning sea view. A lot of the sunbeds were broken needing only slight repair but did not see anyone actively checking/maintaining the beds. 3 pools on offer. The main pool had a built in pirate ship which appealed to kids. Onsite shop sold basic goods-again perfectly adequate if you are half board. Lots of parking space-car is needed if you like to get out and about. We walked via the well trodden cliff top route to Damnoni Beach, lovely walk but need shoes sturdier than flip-flops (lots of stones/uneven ground) but do-able for the less fit. Food was ok for half board and replenished often. Not sure if going all inclusive would have been worth it. The drinks seemed minimal and did not see any named brands I recognised. I think the 4 stars I have awarded is fair. This was an enjoyable holiday set in a beautiful cove but it does require some updating and upkeep. That said would definitely go again!

Location is amazing, there are other beaches in walking distance with well defined trails. The personnel was very friendly, always ready to help, polite. They had good food, with enough choices, local products, fresh, and delicious deserts. The rooms very clean,not the most modern but we had eveything we needed. If you're not a snob you'll have a great time.
