Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights in February 2026, travelling from London as a family of four (two adults, a 6-year-old and a 7-month-old baby). We booked the trip as a package holiday through loveholidays.com. The hotel is exactly as beautiful as shown in the pictures—modern, elegant, and very well maintained. All of our requests were accommodated without any issues. In particular, we requested an extra bed and a baby crib, and the hotel went above and beyond by upgrading us to a huge apartment so everything would fit comfortably. This was done at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. I’m very sorry that I can’t remember the name of the gentleman at reception who arranged this upgrade, but a big thank you to him—it made a huge difference to our stay. We stayed in room 912. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. Special thanks to Binita and Narayan, who kept the room spotless throughout our stay. The view was fantastic—we could even see the Dubai Frame from our window. Our children were given welcome gifts on arrival (cute camel toys), which was a lovely touch and made them feel very special and we received welcome cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had access to the Club Lounge on the 32nd floor, which was a great bonus. There were soft drinks, coffee, tea, and cakes available, and it was a very pleasant place to relax. The swimming pool was heated and at the perfect temperature. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time there due to sightseeing, it was reassuring to see many attentive lifeguards on duty at all times. On occasions when I was alone at the pool with the kids, the staff were especially helpful and supportive—it really felt like I wasn’t on my own. The food was very tasty. For such a large hotel, I expected a slightly bigger food selection and dining area, but what was available was more than enough, with something for everyone. A further bonus was the free valet parking, which was very convenient and well organised. Although the hotel is very big, it never felt impersonal. The staff quickly remembered guests’ preferences and were proactive in offering help and anticipating needs, which made the stay feel personal and welcoming. Most importantly, the staff were outstanding. Always smiling, genuinely happy to help, and very accommodating with every request. They truly make this hotel special. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The hotel is good and I really enjoyed my stay. I hope they can increase the number of EV car chargers and improve the charging management system. Some guests leave their cars connected for a very long time, which makes it difficult for others to use the chargers. It would be better if guests were required to leave their contact number with security so they can be contacted once charging is completed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would visit again.

Room are nearly in good condition, spacious. No tissues available in room the cleaning service are horrible. I came to enjoy the pool it was closed for maintenance and they didn’t mention that in the website. The other pool was small and crowded. Bill boy services are horrible while checking out I requested to get my luggage on the basement they took nearly half an hour. I called the hotel to ask where is my luggage the staff answered was rude makes me feel anger. I dont think i will come back to this hotel as i didn’t feel the welcoming hospitality.

Lovely hotel. The room is huge and clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. And the beds are amazingly comfortable. Despite the high number of visitors, you don’t really feel how crowded it is, and the breakfast buffet was organized well. The only negative points are the fact that the swimming pool is under maintenance and we were not informed of this at the time of booking, and that toothbrushes are AED 20 each. Otherwise, really worth the visit.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel failed to inform guests that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance before check-in. The pool is one of the main facilities advertised by the hotel, and hiding this information until after guests arrive is misleading and unacceptable. What happened next was even more shocking. While I was inside my room, a room service employee repeatedly knocked on the door. I was in the bathroom and unable to answer. Instead of waiting or returning later, the employee used a key card and entered my room without my permission. Entering a guest’s room without consent after receiving no response is a serious breach of privacy and a major security concern. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for guests is alarming. I felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and completely let down by the management. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly never stay here again.
