Great hotel. Clean and staff so willing to accommodate. Breakfast was amazing. Not rushed and no feeling of being kicked out past 11am. The breakfast staff, Ei Ei and Ajay were very attentive to our table and provided us with much needed tea and coffee. They both were super friendly and nice. Definitely will come back again when visiting Burj Khalifa and fountains, the Dubai Mall and other close by attractions.

We had such a wonderful experience A special thank you to Gabga the receptionist who helped us with our room and made sure we were comfortable and made it easy for us. She was so helpful, kind, and accommodating, and we really appreciated her effort in making our stay more enjoyable. I also want to give a special mention to the lifeguard, Dickson He was incredibly sweet, friendly, and always had a smile on his face. His positive attitude and kindness really stood out and made the experience even better. Thank you to both of them for making our stay so pleasant. We truly appreciate the great service and would definitely come back again like we always do! 🤍

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown. The hotel is stylish, clean, and in a great location. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. A special thanks to Michael for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I had a great stay at Hotel Indigo. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was very cozy. The facilities were good, and the staff were welcoming. As an IHG Rewards member, I really appreciated the complimentary juice, cookies, and warm greeting. The location is excellent, only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. Breakfast had a good variety, although the overall experience could be improved. Special thanks to Michael for making my check-in smooth, quick, and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
