We stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Downtown Dubai from November 10th to 17th, 2025. We truly appreciated the hotel’s location and the helpfulness of the staff at reception and in the service areas — always very friendly and ready to help. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the room was perfectly cleaned every day. We also had a beautiful view over the creek from our room on the 19th floor. The Friday evening seafood buffet was excellent as well. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool was excellent for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, the service was fantastic. One slight downside is that you can sometimes hear traffic during the night. Other than that, we can only recommend this hotel — and especially the staff, who were exceptionally attentive, kind, and helpful.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, both in terms of its location close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Fontaine—all within a 15-minute walk—and in terms of its service and very friendly staff. The food is perfectly fine, more of a continental cuisine. We like to try new things, so we would have welcomed more local specialties, but the food was definitely of excellent quality! The restaurant staff are very attentive and do their job with love. We would especially like to thank Lucky—he took great care of us. The hotel rooms are very clean, and housekeeping is absolutely flawless. We would definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Dubai.

We spent 7 great days in November at the Indigo Hotel and were very satisfied. The hotel, the terrace, the pool and especially the service at breakfast and in the restaurant / pool bar were really highly recommended. Also the staff at the reception was very friendly, professional and quick. Especially Ayoub took great care of us and explained all the technical details in the room (we had a junior suite on the 17th floor with great view). However, we would like to emphasise that we really experienced all employees as very friendly and attentive, without everyone being mentioned by name here. We arrived on October 30th and met the staff member Christine, who was extremely professional and welcoming. Even though we arrived early, she made our stay special since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. She arranged a beautiful view for us, the room was lovely, and she even sent us a cake for the occasion. On the second day, the housekeeping team cleaned and arranged the room beautifully — they folded the towels into two heart shapes with dried flowers and left us a wonderful note. We truly appreciate their effort and attention to detail. When we were checking out, the hotel staff member was very polite and helpful, and he kindly offered us complimentary water. One great thing to note is that the property is non-smoking, and all the rooms smell fresh and amazing. 🤍

We recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and well-located in Business Bay, with a unique artistic vibe that sets it apart. All the staff are amazing and really couldn’t do enough for us, they truly are lovely and make this place what it is. We want to give a Wael a special mention. He was consistently courteous, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. He really couldn’t do enough for us. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Overall, Hotel Indigo Dubai offers a great atmosphere and solid service. Thanks to Wael and the team, our experience was made even more enjoyable.
