We had a wonderful stay and felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. The whole team went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Special thanks to Emily, the chefs and the whole team working at The Market Restaurant. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. The service was exceptional in every aspect, always delivered with a warm smile and a willingness to help. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and created a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and excellent service, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Location: Easily accessible by car, but the entrance can be difficult to access due to the intersection with the main road. Vehicles waiting to turn into the hotel can cause traffic congestion. Atmosphere: Pleasant enough, though nothing particularly memorable. Rooms: The rooms are quite dated and show visible signs of wear and tear. They could benefit from refurbishment. Value: Fair value for the price—you generally get what you pay for. Cleanliness: Below average. The overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. Noise Level: Quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax. Service: This was the highlight of our stay. The front office team, especially Uvini and her supervisor (I believe her name was Myo), were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and professional. The lifeguards were also very accommodating and attentive despite working under the scorching sun. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. Amenities: The pool area needs better maintenance. The chairs and tables were dusty and had visible bird droppings, which took away from the overall experience.

From the moment we checked in at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City, our stay exceeded every expectation. We chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and today is also my wife and daughter's birthday. The team made our celebration truly unforgettable. Yesterday, after we stepped out for a while, we came back to our room to find a surprise birthday cake waiting for us. We were already amazed, but this morning after breakfast, we returned to our room and found another beautiful set of cakes prepared for us. Those thoughtful gestures meant so much to our family. The room was incredibly comfortable, the facilities were outstanding, and every part of the hotel was clean, elegant, and relaxing. We also had the chance to watch La Perle, which was absolutely breathtaking and a must-see experience. To top it all off, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner, and we loved spending time at the beautiful pool and relaxing spa area. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City team for making our family celebration so special. Your exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care created memories we'll cherish forever. Highly recommended, we can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Al Habtoor. The relaxing canal view made our stay even more peaceful and enjoyable. A special thank you to Phoo at the reception for being so polite, welcoming, and accommodating. The service is nice, the staff are kind. Room cleaning are so good, Reception staff are nice the staff member Myo is very friendly and helpful. The other staff Mia, ann, hedra and loka also amazing. I dont need to ask they ar always checking on u.. Haider from concierg fantastic.
