We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Le Telfair. The rooms are beautiful and very stylishly furnished – you feel at home from the very first moment. The entire resort is spacious and consists of many smaller buildings with only a few apartments each, giving it a particularly charming and peaceful atmosphere. The service was consistently warm and attentive. We especially want to highlight the excellent restaurants, above all Gin’ja, Le Château, and O’Grill, which impressed us with outstanding quality and a wonderful ambiance. We also enjoyed fantastic meals at La Réserve Golf Club. We were a bit less convinced by Le Palmier and C-Beach, both in terms of service and food. A special highlight was a day tour around the island with our driver Wesley, which we can highly recommend – informative, relaxing, and perfectly organized. The Golf Club was also exceptionally well managed. The only minor downside was that some bars and restaurants occasionally mixed up orders, and we sometimes received the wrong food or drinks. However, everything was always corrected politely and without any fuss. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with a great atmosphere, excellent dining options, and outstanding service – we would happily return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Perfect Romantic Getaway at Heritage Le Telfair Our stay at Heritage Le Telfair was nothing short of exceptional. We visited as a couple for a romantic escape, and the resort truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning location, beautiful grounds, and overall conditions of the property. Our room was absolutely fantastic—chic, elegant, and incredibly romantic. The atmosphere, combined with a lovely view and impeccable service, made it the perfect space to relax and enjoy our time together. The staff deserve special recognition. From guest relations to reception (I would like specifically mention Varshita - she was so helpful) and concierge, everyone paid genuine attention to our needs and made sure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The concierge team was especially helpful, offering a great selection of activities and experiences. We loved the ability to pre-reserve and create a personalised schedule even before arrival—such a thoughtful touch that made our stay seamless. Personal transfer to/from the Airport with a bottle of champagne and fruits was just a nice framing of the trip (greetings to Widley). One of the highlights was the golfing experience, which was simply outstanding. Beautiful course, great organisation, and unforgettable moments on the green. If we had to mention one small imperfection, it would be that the restaurant staff could pay a bit more attention to orders, timing, dish availability updates, and seating management. However, this did not take away from the overall experience. In conclusion, Heritage Le Telfair has become our favourite destination in Mauritius. We will definitely return—and hopefully make it a yearly tradition. Truly the best choice on the island!

A Perfect Family Getaway at Heritage Le Telfair We just spent a wonderful weekend as a family at Heritage Le Telfair, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The resort is the perfect blend of elegance and comfort, an ideal place to disconnect and recharge together. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding warm, attentive, and genuine. The atmosphere is serene, surrounded by beautiful nature and the sound of the ocean, which makes it such a peaceful family retreat. The Gourmet Bliss package is absolutely exceptional, a real culinary journey! Every meal was delicious, from breakfast to dinner, with a fantastic variety of restaurants and cuisines to choose from. The quality of food, presentation, and service were consistently at the highest standard. We left feeling relaxed, spoiled, and already looking forward to coming back. Heritage Le Telfair remains one of the best destinations in Mauritius for families looking for a luxurious yet authentic experience.

10/10 - we left with smiles on our faces! Having just arrived at our next hotel on an extended Mauritian trip, we realise just HOW beautiful the Telfair was. The hotel stands out for its exceptionally warm and attentive service, as well as the stunningly well maintained property. Everywhere we went staff was available to us, offered assistance or anticipated our needs. It was the perfect balance of feeling seen and welcome, without being overbearing. A few that stood out to us through their sheer attention to detail was our lady housekeeper (1206), Spicey, Melvin and Lawrence, as they left an impression on us. While this is not fair on all the other beautiful people who looked after us whose names we don’t remember. We could not fail to notice how impeccable the resort is maintained, there was not a stain or a chip in sight. Exceptional Our room was spacious and well appointed and the high ceilings coupled with the views left us feeling grand every time we entered. The only room for improvement might be a little variety on the pool/daytime menu, as that was a little meagre offering for a longer stay. The main restaurant, however, delivered the best breakfast & dinner buffet. Thank you for a wonderful time, we miss you already
