A Great hotel in Corralejo, one pool is very quiet, the other pool is a bit better with music. Breakfast is OK, Lunch is the best meal in the all inclusive with table service for drinks. All drinks are good quality spirits and Estrella beer. The terrace bar is a great place to start you evening, followed by a trip down to Music Square. I would definitely book the hotel again.

I will write a summary of our 10 day stay. What we liked: - service, always helpful and smiling - there are some books so you can always do some reading when you are tired of the sun - although we didn't benefit from live music and shows you can attend these in the evenings - location, not too close to the center so it was quiet but close enough to have a walk to main street of Corralejo - animators at the pool so you can exercise a bit and not get too bored - 2 pools , you can choose more quiet one without music and animators or you can take the other one - food was good , good variety and always fresh What we didn't like : - you cannot open the window on the lower floor rooms so if you don't want AC to be on and don't want to keep terrace door open for the night (most people don't) you need to sleep in locked room with no ventilation in 26 degree Celsius - honestly for me (i am asthmatic) this was really horrible experience. We basically kept terrace doors and main doors opened to air the room out and we closed both before sleep. - Air conditioning itself is very weak and i believe isn't really serviced regularly so i prefered to keep it off due to my asthma - after rain we had a flood in our room since the tiles outside way lay down in a way they were directing water to our doors rather than toward the drain - closets have weird smell (probably due to lack of proper ventilation in the room) so we bought some fresheners - you cannot take a glass to your room if you want to have a wine at terrace , they give you plastic cups .... All in all we had a good time since we did not spent it all in our hotel room. I can recommend the hotel only if you are very active person which likes to spend time on sightseeing. To hotel management: please invest some money in these manual window ventilation, they do not cost much but they can improve airflow in the room dramatically.

Hotel is amazing - very pretty decor and the atmosphere is so relaxing - staff couldn't be more helpful. Food is great and the roof terrace/bar is the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Stretching class each morning was a great start to the day. Each of the teachers was fantastic but Camilla in particular was very attentive and helped to relax my back!

Myself and my partner stayed here as a couple. Not our first time on the island but the first time in an H10 hotel. Hotel facilities are good enough, shame that the mini fridge is not stocked up with water or more, however this is not a complaint. The sun lounger situation around the pool is a bit crazy even in September. We went down just after breakfast and maybe 70% of the beds were taken at the ‘loud’ pool. We then decided to go before breakfast opened and about 70% of the beds were unoccupied, so we always managed to get a bed. (We spend from about 8.15am-4pm on the loungers). The animation team are fantastic at what they do, although they are spread between two hotels. The first member we met was Merlin, who was checking our room number at dinner buffet. He was very pleasant and polite, and always gave service with a smile. We then met him the next day around the pool and again gave the same brilliant service, and encouraged us to do some activities. For reference I am not usually one to partake in activities so it was Merlin who started to get me involved, for which I am grateful at how fun they really are. It was quite funny watching him do the aqua gym on the same day, I ended up mentioning it to him and he said that he had only been doing this job for a couple of weeks, and that is why it was quite comical with him doing the aqua gym. The next day we met Lena who was also very polite and pleasant. Lena remembered my name as did the receptionist for that matter, every day we were at the hotel. I mentioned to Lena that I had not yet won any animation games and her chief - Sabato gave me a diploma for the best loser ;) which was funny. Sabato was also amazing as was the other lady whom I only know as IKNOWHER, always served with a smile and got people up even if they didn’t think they wanted to which was good The only down sides to the hotel were the flies and the fact that the same 3 cheeses were used at each meal just fancied up a bit differently. Something for everyone however! Once again big thanks to MERLIN, LENA, SABATO AND IKNOWHER, Especially Merlin though for starting the animation journey off

Great hotel. Great staff. food fantastic animation team sabato awesome . Merlin . Lina awesome. Ainotta awesome. They never stop entertaining the guests they all deserve a bit pat on the back . Muhammad a young guy in the restaurant so polite and helpful always on the ball he is awesome GIssela on the pool bar absolutely fantastic always cheerful and polite
