A very average stay. If you’re after a quiet, by the pool holiday and are fine with average quality accommodation at a cheap price, this is a great hotel choice for you. It’s very remote, the beach is a 20-25 minute walk away and everything we wanted to do was located a €80-€90 round trip away at the port. Our room was fine, but basic. It wasn’t cleaned for two days so we had to request this at reception when we found a cockroach in there. The food choice is good, although the pool bar choices are limited. A fair variety of drinks available throughout the day for the all inclusive drinks which were good and the choice of three pools were decent! Very little/to no entertainment - a lot of the guests said it was a boring place to stay and I agree. I wouldn’t return but if you like dipping in the pool and just reading a book, consider staying. Staff were fairly attentive.

Please believe the reviews when you see the bad ones. I am on my 2nd night here, the cleanliness of this hotel is disgusting. I’ve seen cockroaches running around the breakfast area, my bathroom shower was all filthy up the walls, light switches filthy when touching, hair dryer was dirty around the handle, toilet seat is stained and needs changing! it’s a dated hotel that’s tried to be modernised. I have room and breakfast included and thank goodness I didn’t do all in. The coffee was like water, fruit was un fresh, eggs tasted horrible and like nothing. It does not look like the photos. The only positives is that the outdoor pool area is nice and well kept, the staff are friendly and have acted when I’ve asked for something. Just note this is definitely a budget hotel and does feel a little “ prison” like. I thought this was just a nice hotel on a good deal but clearly this is not the case. I don’t think this should be rated 4 stars, it is more like 2.5. Maybe I just got a bad room as they all seem to look different. Nothing feels clean here!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Great value for money!!! What was done really well: *Rooms clean and spacious *Lots of choice for food and drinks on the all inclusive package *Nice pool area and spa *Good gym with unlimited use *Friendly, helpful staff at reception, bars, restaurant and housekeeping, everyone was lovely What could be improved (why it's not 5stars) *Some glass on the floor due to the windy weather, glasses were smashed by the wind and some shards weren't fully swept up. *The buffet food was nice, but some items went dry under the lamps and from being left out (but this is fairly typical for buffet food) *When plating up our food some of it was cold, but there is a microwave to use which was fine *On occasion the soft drink machines were out of order *The juice from the machine was quite watered down *The wine wasn't very nice, we don't expect amazing wine when it is unlimited but this was bad enough to mention (but again there was beer and cocktails to choose from also) *Some antisocial behaviour from other guests (playing their music on speakers in public areas and making noise in corridors late at night etc-noise not aggression) which was left unchecked by staff *We knew upon booking that the entertainment wouldn't be going ahead so that wasn't unexpected, but some activities would have added to the experience Overall, I would absolutely come again, I had a comfortable stay and a nice relaxing week by the pool. It is a lovely base. A taxi to the local bars was around 7 euros or it was a 20 ish minutes walk. The reception staff were always happy to call us a taxi and advise us on where to go. Even though we have some small complaints about the food, overall as buffets go it was very good and there was always something we liked and wanted to go back for. For what you pay, it is great!!! I enjoyed using the sauna, the spa pool and the relaxing room. The water jets in the pool were very massaging and relaxing, along with the ambient music :) The gym facilities were good and nice and quiet most of the time with long opening hours. There is also a cute cat who lives here and it was nice seeing her (I think she's a girl) wander around the place and be well taken care of :)

Stayed here on a solo holiday, within a few hours I’d made about 10 friends for life. The staff are great, always smiling. The food was really good for all inclusive, drinks were great, beer cocktails etc and never more than a 5 minute wait. Entertainment isn’t on every night but when it was on it was really good. Rooms were really good too. I would 10/10 recommend!!

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Helpful and very friendly. The all inclusive package here is spot on. Beer, wine and soft drinks on tap. Food was amazing different every day cooked fresh, and great selection of salads catering for everyone couldn't ask for more. 3 pools the one by the day bar was heated other two cold. Rosie in the day bar was brilliant. Plenty of sunbeds. Little shop on the lower floor next to the spa, quite handy. Grounds are well looked after and very clean. 30min walk in to the nearest town about 1.5 miles, but I believe the taxis are very cheap
