5* family stay. Staff were exceptional and nothing was too much for them. Kids absolutely loved the pools and the animation staff. Rooms were spacious and clean, we stayed in room 408 which had a stunning sea view. Overall the whole hotel was immaculate, cleaners were out daily maintaining the hotel and grounds. Food was really nice and plenty of different options each night. We booked the Mexican restaurant for an evening meal. The food and the service were excellent. (Definitely recommended the beef wrap from the starter) Overall as a family of 4 we have no complaints and we’re actually gutted to be going home. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel for your holiday, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent customer service, staff were friendly and polite, and really made us welcome. Location is a short 20m from the airport, near the beach and a short walk from the town. It is worth noting that the hotel is directly under the flight path, so you will see and hear planes overhead. The food was as expected for an all inclusive, some of the nights were better than others. Lunch and breakfast were reliable. The main area for improvement is the service to the rooms, they should provide bottled water daily. We consistently found ourselves thirsty and having to plan evening trips to the bars to get water. Some of the towels provided had holes and tears to them and were not clean enough - the attention to detail isn't there. The free roaming cats were lovely, and it was nice to see the local wildlife in the hotel grounds, such as hedgehogs.

Best entertainment team we’ve seen on holiday. From mini club for kids in morning to aqua gym, entertainment and games around the pool in daytime to mini disco and then fabulous evening entertainment with variety show and then the incredible Lion king performance with a team of 7 people just incredible. Can’t praise this entertainment team enough. Congrats team! Rest of hotel also been incredible, warmest welcome on arrival. Amazing food and excellent choices of food every meal. Kids loved chocolate fountain and cheese nacho fountain! Clothes haven’t survived!! Great sea view rooms and service been incredible throughout. Most incredible relaxing massage on day 1 so worth booking ahead-totally got me in relaxing mode early on. Highly recommend this hotel and great to walk to marina and feed the chipmunks on route. Thank you to all the team here.

We spent from Wednesday 20th may to Wednesday 27th may at this lovely hotel. Let me start of by saying a big thank you to the entertainment team for keeping everyone so entertained and in the party spirit all throughout this holiday. During the day they would keep everyone entertained by the pool by doing all sorts of activities. The pool party was the best by far and of an evening they would also be keeping everyone entertained by doing all sorts of shows like Broadway musical, Variety show, Game show, quiz night and so much more thank you. now saying all that the main hotel staff was fantastic to they solved every problem we had and were incredibly polite and professional thank you. Now all that aside Breakfast, lunch and dinner is what you come to expect at a good all inclusive there was food for everyone and it was all very nice. But the best part when it came to food was The à la carte restaurant we had on the last night in the Italian I would recommend it to anyone. And lastly, just want to say the room was well kept clean by housekeeping and the pool. All three of them were well maintained and clean. Thank you for a lovely week Elba Sara

Everything was amazing, the food, the service (particularly youseff) and especially the animation team! They were amazing and looked after the kids and built such an amazing bond with the kids over the 11 days. Can't thank them enough... The entertainment every night was fantastic even for adults.
