Second time coming here (from UK), cannot speak highly enough of the place - you will not find better value for your money. All inclusive and a tremendously impressive full buffet offering every evening, multiple bars and three pools to pick from. The breakfast is essentially a full english breakfast offering too plus more. Entertainment every evening and it is something different every night, and always impressive. The hotel is also directly linked onto a lovely beach. Always plenty of sunbeds. The hospitality is second to none - staff are super friendly and helpful, always a happy and friendly service with a smile which goes a long way. Great attention to detail from the housekeeping staff too, overall a terrific service and there is not one negative to point to. Will come back again for some more much needed winter sun :)

Hotel is ok but little bit dated. I would say it is somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. It was not love for the 1st sight but I really felt in love day after day 😉. Its beachfront but be careful because island is so so so windy!!! Not breeze,I mean really strong wind 😉 thats why we did not use main pool at all,just small pool.. a little bit hidden from that wind. Staff is very very polite and friendly. Guests are 80% seniors from Germany,then NDL or Poland. Nice and quiet.

We had an amazing holiday at this resort! Its at the great location,next to the beaches.Pools are great,clean,well maintained,kids pool at the perfect temperature. Food was very good,lots of variety,fresh,tasty and we were full after every meal. Rooms were cleaned ,even tought hotel has few outdated bits to replace for better impersion. And definitly the best part were animation team!Vivian was brilliant with kids in Mini Club! Filipo was making sure that we are entertainmened with activities,and other ones like Francesco and Anna were super friendly. They helped take our holiday to the next level. We left with great memories and hopefully its wasnt our last time!

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. I booked an 8 day stay with my partner which went from bad to worse. On our first night we discovered that there were cockroaches coming in and out of gaps in the wall of our room as well as the air con not working. We immediately notified reception and requested a room change. We were told they had no other rooms available and the hotel has cockroach’s everywhere so if they were to change our room there would likely be many more as we were currently on the top floor (5th). I spent the following days reporting these issues as well as making the hotel aware my partner was asthmatic and 6 months pregnant meaning the conditions were a risk to her wellbeing. Despite this no resolution was provided. The hotel later said they do not provide air conditioning to the rooms outside of the peak summer months and if I had an issue with this I had to take it up with my holiday provider as there was nothing they would do. Additionally as mentioned by other guests the hotel has been poorly maintained with multiple facilities not working or not existing, such as the gym. Throughout our stay the urinals in the bathrooms around the hotel would often overflow flooding the bathrooms in urine. Finally if you have any dietary requirements or allergies, be very careful eating in the hotel as the food labelling is extremely poor. I found they would routinely put meats and fish in pasta and salad dishes but not list it as such.

I stayed here with my 17-year-old son. The hotel itself is quiet and simple, with limited activities, which can be fine if you are looking to relax. However, the surrounding area also doesn’t offer much to do, so options are quite limited overall.The food was acceptable, but after a couple of days it became repetitive, and the quality — especially the fries — could be improved. We walked about 2 km along the beach (southwards) hoping to find a pleasant beach bar or terrace for a good coffee or a cocktail, but unfortunately there were no real options.During the day, drinks are mainly available at the beach bar near the beach, which is something to keep in mind if you plan to spend time by the pool.Overall, an average stay: fine for a short, quiet break, but don’t expect much variety in food or activities.
