From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with warm smiles and genuinely helpful staff. It’s a fantastic hotel with excellent facilities that make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food quality and variety are outstanding—there is something for everyone, and everything is delicious. The rooms are cleaned daily to a very high standard, which makes you feel relaxed and well taken care of. The location is perfect, with everything close by and easy to reach. In the evenings, the entertainment at the sky bar is brilliant—the animation team keeps the atmosphere lively and makes it hard to leave the hotel. What really makes this place special is the staff. They are sincerely friendly and helpful, without expecting anything in return, which makes you feel truly welcome. Not to mention the front desk team, who go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect for your stay. The New Year’s party was amazing, with fantastic food and a great atmosphere. The chef prepares incredible dishes that you will not forget. Overall, it feels like a home away from home—I could happily stay there forever.

This has got to be our family's favourite all inclusive holiday resort (after 10+ various trips at 5* resorts). The hospitality in Grand Rotana truly exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed assistance with, we were helped with ASAP and received more than we expected. We are vegetarian so always struggle with meal options at buffet all inclusive resorts, but here the head chef Mohamed Anwar greeted us every meal time and asked what he could especially prepare for us and served us meals in abundance to ensure we didnt miss out by having a dietary requirement. We had never experienced this level of hospitality anywhere else and were so grateful. All the food is very fresh in quality and freshly prepared every day. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone with a dietary requirement, all you have to do is inform them. Cleaning service was great, both in and out the room. The entertainment is also great considering it was off-peak, with beach volley, step aerobics, dance shows and shows for children. The beach is a long stretch private to the resort, with no shortage of beds. The diving point has stairs so anyone can have a dip into the sea for a swim and snorkeling to see some beautiful marine life, even in peak winter time (jan) the water was a nice temperature to swim in. this is the first resort that we are eager to plan our next trip back, and some people we spoke to had said they had tried many resorts in Sharm and Grand Rotana was their favourite and they have also returned only here. Excited to come back again. thank you to all the staff I wish I could remember and write down all your names !

The beach is perfect and we especially loved the beach activities. Animation is top notch (Luca i love you!!), diverse and always on good vibes. Food, sea, territory – zero complaints. The room is great but I'm really struggling with the local toilets. They're very low and sorry but flushing may end up an adventure you didn't expect. But maybe it was just our room. Other than that, I really want to experience everything all over again. I also want to say a special thank you to the chefs, cooks and waiters. These people make the whole place tick. Always at work, which I know is super hard, and yet always smiling and welcoming. Finally thank you to the cleaning guy. I don't know his name but the fella in 7000+ rooms is very nice and did a fantastic job!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Rotana Resort & Spa and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautifully designed, very green, spacious, and peaceful — it feels like a private oasis away from the busy parts of Sharm El Sheikh. The beach is absolutely stunning, with one of the best house reefs in the area. Snorkeling directly from the jetty was unforgettable — crystal-clear water, colorful fish, and vibrant coral. Perfect for anyone who loves the Red Sea. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and excellent housekeeping. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the resort felt calm and relaxing. Food quality was very good, with a nice variety and fresh options every day. The staff deserve special praise — friendly, professional, attentive, and always smiling. You really feel welcome here.

A truly wonderful stay from start to finish. The beach is absolutely stunning - extremely wide, clean, and incredibly beautiful, with clear water. The hotel territory is very green, well maintained, and feels like peaceful oasis. The food deserves special praise: everything was fresh, diverse, and delicious, with a great variety every day. Stuff is also exceptional. The team is incredibly friendly, attentive and caring. Their warm attitude and professionalism made us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. Highly recommended! I would gladly come back again.
