We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with the service. All the staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The food was one of the highlights — breakfast, lunch, and dinner all had a huge variety of options, and everything was very tasty. There are also several à la carte restaurants where you can dine for an additional fee, but most of the restaurants and facilities are included in the all-inclusive concept. All the bars around the resort are also included, with a great selection of drinks available throughout the day. I especially loved the chocolate wall and the huge variety of sweets and desserts — the chocolate-covered strawberries were absolutely amazing! 🍓🍫 The sea and the beach were also very nice. I think this hotel is especially great for families with children, as there is a water park, different shows and plenty of activities, so you definitely won’t get bored. The only downside is the price — the hotel is quite expensive. However, considering the quality of the service, food, and overall experience, I can understand the price to some extent. Overall, we had a really great experience and honestly don’t have anything negative to say. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!

The food was delicious, varied, and of very high quality. We were also especially pleased with the excellent entertainment and activities for children. Our daughters had a fantastic time and were always happy and engaged. Your team helped make our holiday comfortable, joyful, and memorable. The holiday was amazing! The staff were very friendly and kind. The waterslides were amazing especially the green drop slide!! Also loved the the buffet with lots of different options of food a the cakes! We also saw some animals like the cats they were so cute and friendly! And HARRY THE HEDGEHOG!! But some annoying lady poked him with her phone!! Just a big rude! And then some random kid in the gogi jungle said we kicked him like what?! But yeah great holiday!! 😆✈️

This is a weak 5-star hotel that is definitely not worth the money. Total lack of privacy: staff is unfriendly, and security constantly pester you for your room number or hotel card while you're walking. It’s very noisy due to lawnmowers, cars, and ongoing construction. In early April, the place looked like a mess because of "pre-season" renovations they didn't warn us about. ​Food is mediocre (3/5), and the AC is so loud it’s hard to sleep. The "cherry on top" was seeing dogs urinating in public areas. Guest service simply said: "They belong to the owner." That tells you everything you need to know about their attitude toward guests. Avoid this place.
