We had a fantastic stay at Fairmont The Palm. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the service was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and everything was kept to a very high standard. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Omar, the General Manager, for ensuring we had such a memorable experience. We'd also like to recognise Roju and Zahina, who went above and beyond to look after us. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a real difference. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we left with wonderful memories. Highly recommend the Seagrill restaurant, compliments to the chef. We will definitely be returning and expect this to become our regular hotel whenever we're in Dubai. Thank you to the entire Fairmont The Palm team for your outstanding hospitality. Great hotel with spotless room.Special thanks to the lovely receptionist from Nepal, Exceptional service from Jel Cee from the Lobby Lounge, and Khine from the Pool Bar for their great service. Breakfast have wide variety and good quality. Special thanks to chefs and breakfast crews. Housekeeping was also excellent—friendly, attentive, and ready to provide your request.Hotel have many pools to choose.Only area to highlight is kids splash area as some splash pipe are not working and it look bit sad. Kid club are chargeable for kids below 3 and free for above 3. Usually it’s opposite when you go for outside kids playground/they charge less for below 3.

The service was outstanding, the receptionist Alessandra was particularly helpful and friendly in assisting us. The breakfast was great, a plethora of options to pick from. The pool was also great. Although i only had one issue regarding the Wi-Fi, we were staying at room 501 and the Wi-Fi there was especially slow comparing other rooms fast Wi-Fi speed. That concludes my review, and a special thanks to Alessandra!

We stayed at the Fairmont the Palm. The hotel lived up to its reputation with courteous and friendly staff. The food quality was also excellent, and the staff care about the products they are serving, ensuring presentation was maintained and the room was of good quality the view from balcony its wondrous and I am grateful for your kindness and we were very glad of assistance . I appreciate the complimentary upgrade for one of our rooms, and I’m thankful for that. However, I was disappointed with the handling of my request to change one room to a Twin Room. The staff informed me that no Twin Rooms were available because the hotel was fully booked. However, when I checked Agoda at the same time, Twin Rooms were still available for booking. I hope the hotel can be more transparent and accommodating with guests’ requests in the future. Better communication would have made the experience much better.
