I rate my stay at the Elounda Water Park & Residence very highly. Fantastic food, atmosphere and the people who make this place so special. I’d particularly like to single out and thank Alesia Berdufi, who looked after our comfort from the moment of her incredibly warm welcome right through to our last day. The same goes for her brother in the restaurant and the barman in the amphitheatre. They all deserve a special bonus. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such dedicated and helpful staff. The hotel’s facilities and service deserve a 5+. They always treated guests of all ages with a smile, respect and warmth. Thank you for all the unforgettable memories. The view from the hill is breathtakingly beautiful. If you’ve never been to Greece, you’ll fall in love with the country at first sight here. Everything was top-notch from A to Z – only the perpetually dissatisfied might have found something to complain about. I highly recommend it.

Today is our last day here, and we can honestly say we're sad to leave. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles (and even sandwiches, fresh fruit, and cold water in our room after arriving at 5:30 a.m.). Our room was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed. The biggest highlight was the breathtaking sea view—you could enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset from the room. Absolutely stunning. The food was delicious. We honestly couldn't find anything we didn't like, and our very picky child has already said that this was his favorite hotel food of all the places we've stayed. Every member of the staff treated us with kindness, smiles, and genuine willingness to help. The teams at both the rooftop bar and the pool bar were always friendly and made us feel at home. Nothing ever seemed to be too much to ask. The only small downside is the hill leading to the hotel, but even that is easily solved. There's always a shuttle or a golf cart that arrives within about 30 seconds of requesting it. 😅 Overall, the area is beautiful, and the hotel is just as wonderful. We wholeheartedly recommend it to families with children—there are plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, making it a perfect family holiday destination. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Elounda Residence Hotel & Water Park, and we couldn't have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was friendly and welcoming, the facilities were excellent, and the whole hotel had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The standout of our stay was Theo. He is, without a doubt, the best member of staff we have ever come across while travelling. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were having the best possible time. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made our holiday truly special. People like Theo are a huge credit to the hotel, and he deserves every bit of recognition for the incredible service he provides. The lady that worked in the shop was also so pleasant, and always greeted us with a smile, remembered us, and always asked about the day we'd had. The rooms were comfortable, the food was varied and enjoyable, the water park was great fun, and the views around Elounda are simply stunning. Every day felt relaxing and memorable. Thank you to everyone at Elounda Residence Hotel & Water Park for such a wonderful experience, and a special thank you to Theo for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing holiday in Crete.

What a Great 3 days of my life! The view of the bay is with no words! Fantastic!!! The staf from the recption Ms. Eleni, Mr. Nikos op.manager, and all the others from barists ect...very kind and helpful! The resort itself has everything for all inclusive, al la carte, drinks i mean all types, and good quality of food! At the and most important MR. PAVLOS, a great manager in every detailed things. Helpful in everything. From the beginining of my booking till the end He completed any of my requests and of my family. My villa was in a perfect condition twice better i thought before i go there. And thats the true!! It was best vacation ever! Thank you Pavlo and all of your resort! See you next summer :):) Regards

Just got back from a 7 day stay at Elounda residence. We arrived at 1:30am , the staff were friendly and helpful on our arrival. When we got to our room there was water and sandwiches in the fridge, we were very grateful for this . They have a main buffet restaurant,which was different every day, we really enjoyed the food . We booked into the 2 restaurants on site,I definitely recommend going to them . All the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel has a great family hotel vibe . Yes it is on a hill with lots of steps ,which might not been suitable for people with mobility problems. I didn't find it an issue . This was our 2nd time at the hotel we will definitely be returning ❤️
