We spent 10 days here and had a very enjoyable stay. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade for both rooms, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s beachfront location was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy the sunset each evening over dinner. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were consistently clean and well maintained. The only downside was the Italian à la carte restaurant. Both the food and service were disappointing, particularly given that reservations needed to be made well in advance. A special mention to Tim of customer services, and Hayat at the wine bar, who were exceptional throughout our stay and truly enhanced our experience. I would happily recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience and believe the stay truly deserved a five-star rating. All Inclusive. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation and the overall quality of the hotel. The seafront location is excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the lovely, rocky beach, which served as a perfect spot to watch the sunsets. The facilities were very good, the food was delicious throughout the day, and your staff members were consistently helpful and welcoming. While the frequent planes flying overhead might be a point of contention for some guests, we found it to be a unique aspect of the stay that many would actually enjoy. The beach itself remained a very pleasant highlight of our trip.

I am currently here on holiday with my partner, son, daughter in law and Grandaughter. We have had a superb time here, the food is great, a great selection at every service, the staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and any problems are resolved quickly and efficiently I could not recommend this hotel enough, it is a place I would come to again and again. It is the perfect spot on the beautiful island of Rhodes to get away from it all and relax. The added bonus is for any plane enthusiasts like us is that we are under the airport flight path so they come in to land very frequently and low over the hotel. As I said I could not recommend this hotel enough, you would not be disappointed. It has the most beautiful sunsets so there are some great opportunities for beautiful sunset photo's. We will most definitely be back ❤️.

The hotel is wonderful. My wife and I had an excellent stay. We were very well taken care of in almost all areas of the hotel. I would like to emphasize that the only complaints we had were about the pool bars and the lobby bar. However, we don't only have complaints; there were essential people who contributed to our excellent experience, and I would like to give special thanks to the staff: Angela, Anna, Pethros, Zane, Emilia, Emmanuela; without them, our stay would not have been as unforgettable as it was.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean rooms, a nice pool, and generally friendly staff. However, my experience was seriously affected by poor service and a very upsetting incident. The hotel is very far from the city center, so transportation is essential. Every request at reception can take 30–60 minutes because there is usually only one receptionist, which makes simple arrangements very time-consuming. We asked the reception to book a taxi for six passengers, but we were quoted a price based on only four passengers, even though our group size was clearly known. This created a significant price difference. Because of the unexpected extra cost €28, we decided not to take the taxi and use public transportation instead. Despite this, the driver insisted on payment. When we declined, he became verbally aggressive, shouting, swearing, and threatening me in front of multiple guests in the hotel lobby. The situation escalated into a humiliating and distressing public incident. While the hotel apologized for the driver’s behavior, they did not take responsibility for the mistake in pricing. Instead, I was made to feel at fault for refusing to pay the extra amount. The only compensation offered was a bar of soap, which felt dismissive and inadequate given the situation. I would expect a hotel located so far from the city to provide better transportation arrangements for its guests. There is a shuttle service, but it is also quite expensive per person and does not operate at night. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, the facilities are nice, but the slow service and the way this incident was handled completely ruined the experience for me. I would not stay here again.
