We had a wonderful stay at Elba Carlota Beach & Golf Resort. The hotel is very well organized and offers a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. If you want a relaxing holiday, friendly staff, great entertainment and activities for children, I highly recommend it. The staff deserve special praise. Everyone, from housecleaning and restaurant staff to the animation team, works with dedication and a smile. I also don't fully understand the complaints about waiting times at the bars. The hotel was very busy, yet the staff did their best to serve guests as quickly as possible. A few minor points: the quality of the food varied somewhat from day to day, and we had to reactivate our room key cards several times during our stay. But overall we enjoyed our stay a lot. Thanks!

Stayed here for 11 nights early June. The resort is excellent, with a beach and shopping mall with a large Spar super market next to the hotel, beneath the mall is a variety of restaurants and a decent size play area for the little ones. The room was a good size with a huge bed, the bathroom was good the shower had very good pressure and the shower head had different settings. It says there is a mini bar in the room but it was just an empty fridge and no bath robes. The rooms are a bit dated and not cleaned. The doors to the balcony were very dirty. The only bar that was open was the Lobby Bar with long queues I waited 20mins to be served. I got served then joined the back of the queue and had finished my drink by the time I got served again. The restaurant was busy but the food was very good. The staff here work so hard, working at the pool bar, restaurant and lobby bar all day. It is only a 4 euro taxinride to the small town with plenty of shopsnandnplaces to eat. Go to Oconnors forna irish breakfast. I would highly recommend this resort especially for families.

Very good hotel, it is now few times that we visit the hotel. Everytime same great atmosphere, very helpful reception. Food is great, everyone will find something to eat. Pools are great, one pool is heated all year long. The pool bar Arrecife very nice, thanks to Paula for her great service with serving drinks! The beach is just in front of the Hotel, great location. We will be back there for sure again 🙋

we stayed here for a week and everything about our experience was perfect. the food, the location, the staff, the cleanliness, everything was great. the staff here are all friendly, helpful, and full of energy. shoutout to brais, he is definitely an asset to the entertainment team! i also appreciated the overall hygiene of this hotel, with well-kept rooms that are thoroughly cleaned every day. the location definitely made our experience worthwhile, as you have access to anything you may need with a shopping centre and airport at your doorstep. also great if you’d like to travel around the island as it is located right in the middle. although we are very sad to leave, if we get the opportunity to visit fuerteventura in the future, we would absolutely come to this hotel again. we even received a complimentary bottle of wine!

A spacious hotels with very welcoming staff upon registration who are happy to assist with any questions. Room is large and we were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the pool. In the room you have a safe charged at €3 a day and kettle with a mix of coffee and tea. Our room was cleaned daily by 2pm. We paid for all inclusive which meant we were not stuck for wondering were to eat or what to drink and both had plenty of choice. For all inclusive the food was of a high standard and freshly prepared in front of you. Activities were provided during the day by the energetic team and big round of applause to Geogia and Dan who had tons of energy! Pools were great with one being heated and everywhere was kept really clean. Beyond the pools was a gate which lead you directly onto a beach if preferred over a pool. Bar staff were so happy and made you feel welcome. In the evening entertainment was provided which was a fantastic way to end the day and chat with people met during the stay. So pleased to have stayed at this hotel and would not hesitate to do so again as it is in a great location.
